I've been around the server for years now and from my pretty spotty history around like 2018-2019, I feel like I've made pretty good progress in not being the same incompetent squeaker who powertripped 24/7. As for the other reasons why I want to try my hand at staff, I honestly love this server alot and it played a pretty large feature in my younger childhood so I want to come back and make it a fun experience for the other people who hold it near and dear. With that in mind, I also want to make a positive impact and be a role model for the new players who are coming into this server, they deserve the same experience I had back in 2018 Any staff who can vouch for you? Nobody I really know of that are or were staff, it's been so long to be completely honest. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Ask for the reasoning from the MPF Union, then ask for the perspective from the civilian, after that, ask for any evidence or clips of their sides of the story and go off from there. If there is no solid evidence or any real way to determine it, tell both sides to be careful and return them. It should be noted that after this I would try and pay a little bit more attention to the two just in case it happens again. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? Wait for a CO to ask for it instead, so I could ensure that they aren't lying. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Tell the cross to stop, give them a warn or kick or ban depending on their history, and alert one of the cross's COs. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Clip it and send the clip to someone higher ranking than them. Then warn/kick/ban them anyways A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? No. Although it is wasting the prop vehicle slot, which a Grid CO might tell them to stop doing, it does not violate any of the prop vehicle rules. If it were the physgun being used to propel, then yes, it would not be allowed A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Tell higher administration, screenshot or clip the threats, and issue the highest possible punishment I can. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

Mute them, and issue the proper punishment for their actions.
