Why should you be unbanned?
Firstly I was only given 1 warning to change my name which I didn't quite understand nor take seriously, it being: "Kowalski change your name retard" 
my name at the moment was "Event Hudson" and I was going back to the event I had been in which I had won, (I Was going back to get my event reward)
then as we were about to get our rewards I was warned for FailRP.

I’m going to list your points and add my reasons.

1. I was only give 1 warn, and (warn) wasn’t serious.

I don’t know what you are saying by “not understanding the warning i gave you in OOC, you changed your name after the warning to “hdsn” , which was an inidication for me, you were not going to change it, so I gave you some time. Although it was less serious, I will not be asking you every 5 minutes to change your name.

2. My name was “event hudson” and I was going back for my reward.

You were on your MP job with an event name going back to the event area for reward? I was checking the logs and you did not change your job at all. Although it is unfortunate you got kicked, it is all your fault.

I mean he did verbally warn you to change your name. BUT the staff in question did (from what you are saying) not properly (nicely) tell you to change your name and instead said "Kowalski change your name **retard**" rather than just saying you should change your name. But I do think regardless of the way he expressed you to change your name, you should have changed your name. He also obviously (as stated above) told it in OOC which means that was all the more reason for you to change your name - and not forget that you also apparently changed your name to another failrp name. Would be great if Chat logs could be brought up to clear up everything.

I do think sadly, that warn will stay, Kowalski as you seem more in the wrong. But ngl he could have also approached you properly by just saying you should change your name rather than adding retard to it to make it sound like a joke. (although I could be completely wrong im not staff lmao - I like guessing out of the context given)

i love u both but like, if i got told "change ur name retard" i'd take it as a joke because of the retard part and not seriously so maybe u should have been more clear with ur intent and told him to change his name again

I agree, I could have approached the warning from a different way, but my point still stays.

Quick note: my name was Event Hudson for A REASON, i was going to be given a reward due to me winning and event.
That was why I still had it as it was.

Then you should have been on civi with the name, if you went for your reward, you could have changed the name

Going for a reward doesn’t excuse you to not follow the name format.
