I wish to join the staff team as I have become attached to this community and I wish to assist CvR as much as I am currently able to. From when I first joined the community to now, it was such a nice experience and me becoming apart of the staff team is like a way to help preserve such a great community for more new players to experience. Furthermore I feel like me becoming staff would make me closer in this community to help as much as I am possibly able to. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I believe the experience I posess makes me quite a candidate for staff, I used to be staff for many SCP RP servers and also SWRP servers so I am aware of the basic roleplay rules to keep in mind. My experience means that I do know my shit compared to others and with this in mind, I also believe that my helpful personality would make me a great fit for staff as I am the type of person to help as much as I am able to so if I was to become staff I would be able to express that helpful personality of mine more for a major benefit to the CvR community. Also, with me being in the GMT time zone and with me being on daily, I would prove to be a great person for the position as I am able to be on to keep an eye on the server at times where most staff are unable to be on. Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?

What do you do?
I would first go to the Civ and gather the context to what he was doing when he was killed. If from what they said I am able to determine it was a valid kill I would then inform the civ of the reasoning [Like the civ being behind CL1+ borders]. However if the situation described does warrant further investigation [Like it was random] then I would TP to the union and gather their side of the situation so I can determine if anyone should be warned. The level and rank of the union would be majorly taken into consideration for the outcome of the sit as if the union is clearly a new player then I would verbally warn the union and make sure they read the rules to not RDM a union without sufficient reasoning. If it was a misunderstanding I would point the difference with the civ models and the rebel models [The rebel armband] so they are aware of the difference. If the reason is not valid and they are high level then they would be warned for RDM. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would drag the H.E.C.U Soldier to the side and make it clear that RP Defecting is considered Fail-RP and entering the combine base as rebel is not permitted under any circumstance [excluding them in cuffs and it being a BR ofc]. If they wish to play on the combine side then they should go on a combine character. The only valid RP defect is if a Helix converts them onto the combine side or if a jury kidnaps them and enslaves them. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would record the incident and inform their CMD of their misconduct. Then I would inform them that no matter the rank, their infils need to be logged within chat as their team would need to be aware of the infil count as their is a limit of 4 infils within a hostile HQ at 1 time. Honestly if a Mace or SU CO does not know this then I dont know how they got to their rank. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Them threatening to do such a thing is just an instant perma ban. Incase to be safe I would inform any Senior Admins online incase they do find a way back and do DDOS or raid the server. Better to be safe then sorry in the latter. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I would record the incident and hand the evidence to a staff member ranking higher than them to confirm if they are allowed to do what they are doing, if they are allowed then I know what is permitted for that rank [Potentially ask if the rank I am on can also do it] but if they cannot then I guess I just reported them.
