Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.

I have been wanting to be more dedicated and helpful for the present and the future and the community. i can also utilise my high activity to monitor over the server during off hours for any serious offenses. Lastly i want to have more responsibility as a member on the server along with now being NCO for the first time and my desire to help out if needed. I know my previous punishments can say that i am unfit, but it has been a while since those punishments and with i changed as a person and how i approach certain things in life now.

Any staff who can vouch for you?

Super/RedSharlet

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?

i go to each of the parties personally about their side of the story, if the Union was new and did not know about the civilian rules i will tell them about the rule and give them a verbal warning, if the reason is justified (eg. civ goes into the base borders). if it was during crossfire, i will go to the civ and advise them to not go inside places of where could be a gunfight

Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?

i check if the person who made the ticket has been logged that they have passed the applications (subdivision change channel for example) and if the steam id correlates with the person who made the ticket i grant them the wl. if there is no evidence of them passing the applications i will not act upon the request.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?

i pull the H.E.C.U soldier away from the combine base and tell them to not continue as it is VoR, i also warn the other staff to monitor the player for repeated offenses as well as the H.E.C.U CO's in case they want to punish the player or not, if they repeat the offense i will warn the player with VoR.

A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?

If the offending party was moving in Base borders I would ask him if it wasn't just a normal scouting mission and ask the rebels who made the ticket. If the offending party does anything that affects the gameplay of the Rebels within the Base i would warn him and contact their CO's about it and act accordingly to their request if they decide on a punishment or not.

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?

i will continue with the sit as usual due the staff responsibility and the job of a staff has a higher priority and punish the player accordingly, i also report this to their respective CmD/MJR as well as Leadership/Overlook about the incident.

A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?

due to this being a VoR of section D, i am allowed to punish the GRID according to the rule offenses.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?

i will gather the Steam ID's of individuals involved in the DDOS/raid and ban them for as long as my ULX permission allows me, and ask staff with higher ULX permission (eg. admins) for perma-banning the people involved in the DDOS/raid.

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?

I ask the staff member what they are doing and whether if it is okay within the rules or not, with it i would consult with the rules to verify the legality of their actions.

Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?

I will bring the NCO to a sit and check if the IP is valid, if it is i will punish them accordingly with a kick/ban, if it's not valid and seen as a joke IP i will still give them a warning and tell not do this again since doxxing and leaking private information is a serious offense.

The answers on your application are good. I will be staying neutral since I don’t know enough about you for a positive or negative conclusion.

-1. The bad temper that you have will most probably influence the decisions you would take as a staff.

+1 would be interesting to have on the team, but might need an extra eye to be kept on you during introduction and initiation of staff.
Alot of responsibility when being staff.

The bad temper I have was mostly influenced around the gameplay of the server, i never really had issues outside of gameplay

Concerned regarding temper

Neutral, leaning -1

Poor temper in game, once witnessed this individual complain for 3hrs straight in OOC and refuse to deploy because they perceived rebel bias. Admittedly this was when the server was very quiet, <10 players. Overall good player, I have had good interactions with them across the MPF discord servers and when squadded up ingame with them, simply unsure if their temper is fitting for a Staff Member.

Denied (locked & moved).
While your application was mostly alright, HAs have deemed your recent conduct in public and in the server in general to be unbecoming of any staff position, therefore, your entry into staff will be denied for now. You may re-apply in 2 weeks (the HA team will be monitoring your behavior more closely, in case you ever apply for staff again).
