Make SUs even a slight bit useful

What is your suggestion?
A:  Change stuff about the UI so SU's don't get immediately fucked cause a random dot appeared on the map OR when they are sneaking and a combine sees a dot of a class in base. Many more things need to be reworked about this class cause SUs are just rebels who look like combine and that's it. One thing is when a SU changes make the player count for the combine go up so no one gets suspicious at low player counts. Also give them a gun when they start out and or give them 9-10 carry weight, If the other changes don't happen give them more HP and more carry weight so they are useful and can have more options of guns.  

How would this benefit the server?
A: Making both Infil classes similar in power would increase the balance on the server, SUs atm are low pop and barely are even used cause they can't do much on low pop (below 10 or at 10) because combine are in a squad they can see who isn't and just kill them so they work horribly at low pop while maces work great in low pop as they don't need to blend in with rebels.
