What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster? I have been around in the community for a while now and i've seen and taken part in many events, most of which were fun, so i'd like to join GM to make events and bring some fun events to the players.
Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below.
I never was staff and have little experience, but there's a first time for everything.
Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment. If the criticism is constructive, I would listen to it, and try to apply the suggestions if they are good to my next event. If it was harassment, I would ask them to stop and ignore it, but report it to a staff member if it continued.
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?
I would tell him/her that they can express their opinion on the event once it's over, and tell them to least don't interfere in a negative way with the event. Should they continue i'd make a report to a staff member.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action? I would ask him to stop harassing me and answer his questions, and tell him not to be toxic/rude to other players just because they are not available to respond to them. In case they continued i'd make a report to staff and show screens of the chat.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events? A GM can change a player's armor, health, model, etc. within the borders of the event. Outside of the event however he/she is not allowed to modify another players stats.
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action? I would tell them that it is an important DB and continue with it, however, if they continue to insist, I would let them do their DB first and then proceed with mine.
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do? If I NEED him and he isn't available, I would postpone the event until he is available. If he isn't available but he isn't necessary and just wanted to help/attend, I'd try my best to run the event by myself.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?
If the event requires vehicles/too many props, i'd either ask them to undeloy them or wait until they do it normally. But if the event is guaranteed to cause some lag i'd ask them to undeploy ASAP.
What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)
1)Planning (think about a good event)
2)Presentation (Present it to fellow GMs for criticism/improvement)
3)Imlement ideas (if they are good and they fit the event)
4)Ask for a green light
5)Announce it and tell the players about the time/day
6)Execute the event.
A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do? I would bring the Captain to a sit and explain to him why he should refrain from interrupting the event. If he continues his actions, I would report him to the staff team with screenshots of his behavior and report him to his higher-ups.
How often do you think GM's should host events? I feel like 2-3 times a week should be fine, with at least 1 big event and some small events throught the week.
List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]
1.The bridge: 2 teams are brought to their respective bases, with a gap in between them (the bases), in each base an object (small and easy to carry) is placed, and the only way to get across the gap is through a bridge. both teams get stunsticks (darkrp ones) and falling into the void means insta-death. each teams has unlimited respawns until their "treassure" gets stolen, once that happens it becomes a team dethmatch.
2. Convoy Sabbotage: The combine were transporting an important supply of synths, but the rebels intercepted and stole it, combine are going to try to take it back at all costs. If the rebels can succesfully defend the convoy for 15 minutes, they win and get an OSS/ some OSE, same reward in case the combine succesfully take back the convoy (the reward should be decided by the GM depending on how the server is ATM.)
3. Attack on Titans : this event should be done when there's plenty of people online. there are 2 teams, the Survivors and the Titans, the survivors must escape and try to hide from the titans, while the titans have to eliminate all survivors. If the survivors manage to survive 5 minutes they get weapons to kill the titans.
Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak staff information in gamemaster channels or otherwise. I will not abuse my powers in-game or otherwise. I must add [DEFN] to my steam username as soon as I get accepted. Yes i do

I've never really heard of you
Your answers are kinda short and lack-luster
all of your events are short and undetailed, ETC what rewards will you give out, how will you perform these actions?
EVENT 1: What would you use for a bridge?
The skybox isnt that high for infantry and if you plan on building a bridge it better be pretty low If they fall into "the void" how would they die instantly? there is no insta death fall damage, if anything they will take 50 damage and survive.
overall this event doesnt make any sense. where would you even do this event?
EVENT 2:
There are not roads long enough and consectutive enough for a convoy to be intercepted
You can't give OSS/OSE as an award to the rebels. Those are each player controlled classes, like what?
overall pretty shitty event for the map we are on.
EVENT 3: What the hell would the titans be? just really big players?
What happens after the survivors get weapons?
What rewards will be handed out?
Again, pretty bad event for the map we are on.
Overall:
-1
Your events are lack luster and your answers are short, if you can edit it, fix your answers and events, I will consider a +1.

I think the events would not suit the map we're currently on. More details would be nice too. You may re-apply when you please with this improvements but for now,
Combine: MPF GRID Z5 TR1 09 7401/ OVA FOXTROT TR AC-III 05 7402
Rebel: E10 Engineering Intern Octangular/ SCAV PFV Fresh Boi
