Why should we remove warn/ban?: I'll give some context first. It was getting rowdy in OOC, many people were saying crass and/or illogical jokes. I joined in. Naturally, the conversation turned into the stereotype of an grooming, pedophile uncle. I am downplaying the quotable context heavily to maintain grammatical professionalism. A direct quote before I got kicked by JURY 04 2002 was "3 things you'll find in my aunt's bathroom - her husband, her nephew, and a court case...Fine I'll simplify it: my uncle, fucking, my ass."
As for the actual reason to remove was that it was over. After JURY 04 2002 kicked me, both me and another player cut it out and continued playing. Then out of nowhere, ban.
Evidence/Other: I can't provide evidence due to the situational nature. I ask for the testimony of both JURY 04 2002 and the person that banned me. Also, I wholeheartedly understand if there isn't a full ban removal, I still ask for a reduction in time. I promise that behavior of this nature wont happen again, and apologize for the fact it happened in the first place.

I told you, ERP bans are rare. And when they happen, you have absolutely no chance of appealing or even reducing it.
