[color=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7)]A: I simply want the speed rules to be easier to understnd. as being told to 'eyeball it' as somebody who plays combine primarily is a bit hard to follow. This is mainly because its the rebel jeep we have to compare it too. I doubt the rebels are too willing to send us a  jeep to test speeds against. it also states that the same applies to air vehicles, and with no listeed speed makes it even harder[/color]

He's talking about the rule that prop vehicles can't be faster than a rebel jeep, mainly from what happened today. The rebel jeep is quite quick so it should be pretty obvious if its against the rules or not.
