Since I have known Defn for a very long time and I really enjoy playing on it. I've been on the team here before. I just enjoy supporting the server with all possible effort and punishing rule breakers in order to give the server a pleasant gaming atmosphere. I like helping people and sometimes make people smile. It's also fun to work with the team to keep the server running. It's just fun. I want to help newbies here and do everything I can to make sure everything goes well on the server. I have a lot of fun processing tickets from users and keeping the server running as I said. Combine VS Rebels is also very interesting, and I generally enjoy playing on it and being part of the team. In any case, I am always available if something bad is involved.'..

Because I have a lot of experience as a team member and I've learned a lot from my mistakes. I want everything to go well on the server and I want to help accordingly. I am active, competent, and organized. I help the others. I am almost always available and I am very nice. I will follow the rules exactly and will comply with them accordingly. I will never abuse my rights, and I will never think about them. I am a calm person, you could talk to me about any problem. I have been to several teams and have gained experience from there. I will guard the server strictly so that no one thinks of breaking the rules. I am also very strict on the subject of racism, which is why I start immediately. I like to help, am funny and personable. I can also come to the meetings, but if not I will contact you. Since I don't know the reason, I can't do much either. However, I am waiting for a ticker regarding this situation so that I can process it and take action regarding this situation.
However, if I know the reason without a ticket being created, I act immediately. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would stop him immediately and question him. Then I would give him a verbal warning and tell him to leave the area. But if he doesn't, I will give him a written warning. Should he still refuse, further consequences will follow. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would tell him he can't do it and I will continue. If he continues to threaten me, I will ignore him. If he insults me, I'll give him a warning.
If he continues to make me angry, the consequences will be tougher. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Direct Permaban. However, if someone higher is online, I will inform them. He should then tell me what to do. And if the threat with a raid, then i'll do exact the same. Permabann, or if i high staff is on, inform him. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
I would ask him what he is doing. And if something is very bad, I immediately inform a higher one, further consequences should then follow.
Application is bare minimum, some not even meeting the minimum.
Not very active, and your grasp on English is poor. (This is not meant to be insulting. It would be quite difficult to do your job and help others when they can't understand what you're saying.)
