Why should we remove warn?: The warning should be removed because I was completely unaware of the rule before hand only being told "Don't spawn props and shoot them at people" in my grid tryout not being told about the Fail RP ruling. It was a simple mistake on my end and it won't happen again.
I would also like to request that in the case the warning itself isn't appealed I wish for it to be put under the correct category of warning being Fail RP removing the superstition under "Building Rules" that removes ULX permissions restoring my VIP Trusted (Which I don't believe that I violated in this case)

I was playing on the cvr_outercanals which is a map that naturally spawns with the world physics prop (models/props_c17/oildrum001.mld). I would like to note that I had no clue that this rule existed before hand since it's hidden in a block of text.
I was playing on Grid/SU and thought it would be fun to mimic gameplay from the game this server is based off of (Half Life 2) utilizing a gravity gun to pick up the world prop oil drum barrel to then fling at the opposition in a ineffective killing method.
Later I was brought to a sit by Aithaed on my GRID character with MPF Helix CmD Kami after I convinced him to do it with me. Aithaed gave us a verbal warning which later after I logged off became a real warn for Prop Abuse from Stale removing my ULX permissions in the process due to a prior prop abuse warn that I got 3 years ago. (Note we got brought before we started this is just another example of how little known the rule is that even a MPF CmD with multiple years on the server doesn't know about it either.)
Rule Broken: I would also like to highlight how a rule under "Fail RP" is now "Prop abuse" according to head admins.

TLDR; I admit fault for Violating Rule A2 although I was unaware of the Fail RP ruling regarding Gravity Guns. But in no case should this be a prop abuse warning removing my ULX rank.
This was a mistake on my part, certain documents that staff have generalize "Prop Abuse" which causes things like the gravity gun to get lumped in.
That shouldn't excuse that I hadn't been thorough though, and I apologize for the inconvinience that this has caused.
