I'll be the first to admit, we don't have any defining evidence on this one. No clip with a hard flick or anything like that.
But there is a consistent pattern of behaviour that points pretty strongly towards your account being an alt.
Joined CvR, already knew the ropes and training was "speedran". Whatever, that happens daily.
5:1 K/D within 3 days of joining (SS taken on the 11th of February). Again, whatever, some ppl are just built different and shooters are shooters. Except...
Private profile with only two games owned which didn't change until after you began playing CvR (Again, SS taken on the 11th). Fine, but does cast some suspicion on the K/D
Not to mention the usual fact that a fully private profile is a pretty telltale sign of an alt.
YT created less than a month ago, not until you began playing CvR.
Fresh discord acct too.
For that matter, even though your steam account was created over a year ago, profile pic history reveals you had the default one until February 10th, just after you began playing CvR. In other words, until then, your account was likely inactive, pointing further towards it being an alt.
Speaking of alts, by the way, here's another weird thing I noticed.
A guy by the name of Balb was banned on the 2nd, not even a week before you joined, and, similarly, played sniper for a bit before being banned for hacking. https://streamable.com/2ytno7
Here's the real strange part, your voice and his voice in these two clips sound pretty damn similar.
So, to reiterate:
- Fresh steam, discord, and youtube account with a 5:1 K/D
- Joined CvR and knew what you were doing when being trained
- Similar voice and joined shortly after another high-profile case of a hacker being banned
Do I have conclusive proof of you hacking? Nope, but there's a consistent enough pattern of alt-like behaviour here that I don't need staff watching for hours a day to catch you slipping up; why should I when you're clearly hiding something?
If you can explain what's going on here and prove you aren't alting, haven't played on the server before, etc, then an unban is in the cards.
For the record, by the way, that edit is pretty mid. Adding a shitty filter to the screen just makes it a pain to watch.

Alright, glad we can finally talk normally and I do not have to spur random words half of the server probably cannot understand. I thought my ban was for cheating; which was evidently no proof but I get your suspicions. O yeah for the edit, its more or less a meme, to attract attention which would be exactly the opposite of doing if I were to stay undercover? It was my funny little way to get more and easily recognized on the server as the guy who made a shit montage, maybe a funny guy and overall set a better step into the community. I have nothing to hide personally, I can be transparent with you and keep it that way, because our mutual interest is to resolve this may it be one way or another. As per my training report said, yes, I have knowledge in GMOD and I have played it years ago, it still didnt draw me back from asking the trainer at the time to explain me how the AIU's etc worked since I had no clue how I were to fit them into the categories. Unfortunately as most people life took its turn and college and overall life and work started kicking my ass so I pretty much had 0 time to play, recently I moved by myself and got a fresh start and picked up a new account and setup to game again, discord also, but it I bought nitro so I dont really see how an alt would do that and I planned to give it away too.
Regarding the "skill" there is pretty much absolutely none in the KDR picture, you could also see my progress was pretty ass during the other maps but when it came to this picture, it was when Stalker was added for a whole day and I had pretty much a long session of just camping near my spawn borders looking towards J. Speaking of same class or whatever you are trying to point at, when I first joined I conversated on what I should join, ultimately it lead to me deciding to join Ranger and I've also joined Partisan which I've been extremely active on aswell, even more so than sniper depending on how I felt.
Similarity in the voice, agreed, but I dont exactly see how are you pointing at this because there are people on CvR that I thought sound similiar aswell, also I have been openly talking the whole time during my time here, I had no trouble talking to anyone, openly spoke to staff, players and everyone regarding that matter, and I still hold 0 grudge to do it. It also appears to me that even though there are no evident proof of me cheating as you've said you are trying to keep me banned whetever is it because I am not liked or have done something wrong in the past playtime and it has not been accounted for. Why keep me banned under the suspicion of "alting" or waiting for me to "slip up" when I've been actively communicating with people and trying to get into the community, also to say, I have never used a voice changer like some people on the server and for what reason those might be, I do not know.
TLDR
- Fresh steam, discord, and youtube account with a 5:1 K/D = Life took its turn, got an opportunity to be able to have time to sit on my PC and used it.
- Joined CvR and knew what you were doing when being trained = Previous knowledge of the game, played other rp servers, still asked for directions, asked about classes and got explained to what some of classes were, decided what to go with.
- Similar voice and joined shortly after another high-profile case of a hacker being banned = Actively talked throughout my playtime, didn't hide anything, did not try to use voice changers (like some people).
Appeal denied.
I've come across information confirming you and Balb to be the same person beyond any reasonable doubt.
As much as I'd love to disclose it, doing so would make it far easier for you to ban evade in the future.
