Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I've been playing on the server for a while now. I have noticed in the EU timezones there isn't much staff on (if any at all). I know this server is constantly looking for EU staff to fill these gaps, thus one of the reasons for my application. I have staffed on MANY servers all around gmod since 2013. I'm ashamed to say I have around 7000 hours of Gmod playtime on my steam account. So I am very experienced in how server administration works and how to handle RP sits. I also feel I could invest alot of my time into helping people on the server as well as roleplaying, which I would be happy to do.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I understand all of the ULX menu commands and when the time is to appropriately use them. I have staffed on too many servers to count, even some big ones that are still up today such as Icefuse Military RP and Werewolf Gaming SCP-RP. I have co-owned a DarkRP server before, giving me experience in how to work with and lead a staff team.
As stated above, I would be able to be online at non-peak times therefore allowing constant moderation of the server for every timezone. This will keep the server playable and enjoyable to those located all across EU. I don't see the need in adding a ULX list of commands to this application, I think it just takes up too much space. If you need me to demonstrate I know them, just ask :)
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? I understand

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I'd take the two players into an admin sit, asking for both accounts of the story. If the Union gives an invalid reason for the killing, he will be warned for RDM and both players will be returned. Logs can be accessed using !logs (If the server uses blogs), here I can check who killed who and the time of the killing (confirming the Union did kill the civilian).
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I'd bring him to me and ask what all of this is about. If he tells me he is defecting i'd explain that it is against the server rules to do so and I will either warn him or punish him with a ban (as it is a bannable offence, but it depends on the situation and my judgement as a whole. If the player is new he will receive a warn, if the player should know better then it will possibly be a ban/removed from his RP group)
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Explain to him that we are in an OOC situation and so it can not alter anything IC. This can be classed as FailRP/Metagaming and is warnable. I'd then ask him to either comply with my sit or he will be punished.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? An act like this is a straight perma ban. They have no intention to RP on the server at all, and so they shouldn't be on this server, plus they are making DDOS threats. So a perma ban it would be.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I'd firstly get evidence (screenshots, record). Then I'd go to a higher up and ask his/hers opinion on if what the staff member is doing is allowed. If not, then I will show him/her my evidence and allow him/her to pass it on to higher staff if needed to take action.

I personally prefer long and well-thought-out staff applications but this one was pretty good eitherway, i personally think you could be a good addition to the team and given your previously stated track-record i would trust you to be a good part of the staff team.

Seems to be some tiny mistakes but eh. Good app overall.
