Why should you be unbanned?
Being banned for an entire WEEK on a server I play and support regularly for playing about 10 seconds of music out of my mic (good music at that) and then getting warned out of nowhere without sit and banned isn't fun or fair. one of the warns was also about a month or so old maybe more. I also think Zmurfus acted on a whim considering after they died when I was fighting they immediately gagged me despite the fact that they were going to warn and ban me anyways. IF The music was loud i can understand but the music wasn't loud if i can remember so this ban is completely and utterly retarded
I'm simply following guidelines perhaps you shouldn't of broken the same rule 4 times leading to this punishment. If you had been warned for RDM Count 4 would it be fair to simply give you the punishment for Count 1?
I dont create the rules or punishments I just enforce them if you have a problem with how they are made I suggest speaking to upper management. We have to follow our guidelines i'm sorry.

Your Ban is not being removed but it is being lowered to 3 days. Due to a minor fault the staff member made. Next punishment will be harsher.
