I would like to become a member of staff to help support the community and provide assistance with situations where a staff member may be needed but are not present and or are busy. It was only a few weeks ago when I first joined the server out of curiosity and have thoroughly enjoyed my experince. And wish to help others have the same enjoyment I have had. Any staff who can vouch for you? Venom I know can vouch for me. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? If it is a confirmed Civilian and not an anarchist I would take a look at where it supposedly took place for and KOS signs and the such. Alongside checking the logs for any warnings for them to get away from the area. And I would talk to both sides to resolve the issue. For instance if the Union killed the civilian for no reason or is new to the server. I would inform them that they cannot KOS Civilians unless they are Inside the base. And not the base borders. Vice versa for the civilian to not enter the base itself or risk being shot. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I am not completely sure how the application system works at the moment. But if possible I would check the applications to see if they were accepted. I would also ask other members of staff for their opinion. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I am not completely aware of what this is. But its something I would likely leave to the Game Masters or higher members of staff. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? I would first give a verbal warning toward the Cross and inform them that they cannot enter rebel borders or shoot into them. If the border camping continues. They will receive a warning and or ban You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? If it is said in game chat I would take some screenshots of the event and bring it higher up the chain of staff to report the issue. If not screenshots I would record it. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? I do not see a spesific rule talking about a Ball but I suppose this could be listed under a Prop Vehicle as long as it sticks to the guidelines of a prop vehicle it would be alright. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would kick the players and report it to other staff members. If they return threatening the same they will be banned. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

It would not be possible to remove said text from the chat in OOC but I would bring them aside and alert other members of staff of the incident and discuss the best course of action.
