+1, although there have been some mishaps in the past if I remember the past correctly, he has changed a lot, and for the better. Not only that but as others have said he is a good and rather enthusiastic CO and I believe he would make a good staff member.

+1, I was a degenerate back in 2018-2019 too (check my warns lol) and its pretty clear when people come back and mature over their absences. (also not a single warn in 2022 good job)
Before I elaborate on why your application has been denied I must say, any warns on your record from someone by the name of Thicc Pony on ERP speaks more to how awful our staff team once was rather than how awful you once were.
Your formatting is colorful but lacks taste in certain regards, and some of your answers are outright weird, (Notifying the LoR over a HECU failing to behave) and I can't make up my mind whether it's supposed to be an absurdist comedy bit or just misunderstanding with how you should conduct yourself.
Ultimately the deciding factor has been a lack of trust in your maturity level and if you could handle the duties that come with being a staff member. I recommend continuing working on yourself and reapplying once you have made the necessary strides of self-improvement.
