You do realise that it takes a lot evidence wise to actually get a perm ban conviction for hacking? And usually, we don't tend to show evidence of these types of issues in a lot of cases because it's been found before where the culprit uses it like an advice column on how to make it more subtle next time.
If you honestly believe we ban people purely on KD, then you can go ahead and believe that, half the server's sniping team and all of EOWA/LA (ban boo pls) would all be banned with no appeal if we followed that broken logic.
Now, rather than just complaints and whining, can we limit this thread to stuff that's actually constructive please?
Its fun when u do show the evidence, like that one time some idiot made an appeal and you guys showed a video of him snapping into a cloaked admin up in the sky

Yep, that's a real rule that managent have. And no, if you think people would just look at KD and insta ban there's something you're completely unware of, and that is because if that did happen LA/EOD/OSS/EOW would be also banned by that logic.
We do have a anti-cheat but the anti-cheat in question makes mistakes and bans innocent players sometimes, also people who make scripts can make the cheat undetectable by the system. You know valve's anti-cheat? VAC? That's one example.

And from that feeling it went to a suspicioun of hacking, because you walk and move like a damn PVT noob that first started on the server with your mac 10. (no offence) and then proceed to either pre-fire your targets (including me oddly enough) or kill several people straight from the front like they are nothing.
Because I literally remember that I was on a rooftop haven't shot a single shot, I proceed to peek downwards and you already was looking up shooting before I even fully peeked. It could have been that you were already looking? Yeah, it could have been. But the fact that you get kill feeds like its nothing just strikes me odd as you dont move like a more ''advanced player'' or act like one meaning you dont peek like one. Again no offence ment. (walks with mac 10 like a civilian smh my head I wish I could).
I was on with him on Saturday when I first joined su. I also thought he was cheating so I watched him a bit from the roof tops. I do not believe he is hacking and he is just really good. I watched him get flanked while attacking an enemy by crashed tanker. He killed the enemy in front of him and then got killed by the flanking enemy if he had aim/wall hacks he would have snapped to the flanking enemy and killed him. I believe this ban should be repealed because he was not hacking. It’s like you guys never heard of a player that knows how to move a mouse and shoot someone.

Pretty sure that the staff usually gets this shit right. There was only one hacking ban that I think the player was actually legit. The staff don't just permaban good players lol (usually).
