2 week ban, just for exploiting...and yet, they have spectated him the whole time for 30 minutes without bothering to even approach and tell him of his wrongdoing and then give him a warning but no, they just wanted to gather "evidences" so they could ban him, so i have to say that this ban was completely unnecessary

As staff, you handled this irresponsibly. If you see someone doing something wrong, you should stop that immediately, especially if it is an exploit. Telling someone off for doing it, is enough. Even if they supposedly "know" it is an exploit. But instead 2 staff members sat there and watched.
Hell a simple "@@ Don't shoot through the Garage Door gaps, it's an exploit" is enough to inform everyone that it is indeed not allowed, even the person from who Ozz learned that exploit from will read it (if they are present)
If you really wanted to do something about this, as you said in the document, then you should have immediately stepped in.
Also someone being in the dev discord doesn't make them omniscient of every bug or exploit

I am not sure if he continued afterwards, but simply "thinking" something could be wrong, but doing it regardless is no different then intentionally doing it.
As for Venom's handling, I do agree with most people, staff could have stepped in prior to it. A simple @@ pm or a full-on sit could have been conducted and they could have told not to do it
The clip posted by staff, Ozz, and the clip I saw in dev are all Ozz doing it for a good while, staff watching him, not stepping in. You're not trying to catch a cheater you're spectating an 800x600 player

Please discuss this date with the divisions you reside in! If you have any problem getting into the server during the 8th don't hesitate to ping/DM a Head Administrator!
