I've been apart of CVR for a while and I want to be able to connect more with the community and to keep the server thriving with enjoyment from both sides and preventing naughty boys from spoiling the fun. This being my first and only online Gmod server I went on, it has a special place in my heart. Also, I feel like Staff will just be a fun time anyway. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I know server rules and I've worked with young kids before so dealing with them online isn't that different. I also am nonbiased and will always listen to both sides no matter how rude or how annoying. Also, I'm not some boring wet towel I enjoy making a good laugh and love to crack a joke when acceptable.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? yeah sure Support the server!

I'm not sure sadly An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Look at logs and talk with the civilian it could have been a crossfire situation so there is no need to jump the gun and bring him to sit just yet. However if I talk to the Civi and they say it wasn't crossfire Ill start a Sit. A H.E.C.U Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Him being a HECU he obviously knows he can't RP defect and tells him he can't enter Combine base and report him to his COs You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Continue with the sit and report them to IC higher-ups. No one likes a power-hungry baby. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Screenshot names get Steam Ids and contact higher-ups also get proof of the threat You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

I ask them what they are doing if I deem it violating code ill ask them to stop if they refuse Ill get evidence and report it to a higher up.
The staff app looks alright, but from what I've seen of your behavior ingame I dunno if you're exactly 'responsible.' I understand that people can act serious when the need comes though, which is why this isn't a -1. If you get in, I hope you'll keep the ideals and needed behavior of staff in mind.
I've seen you In-Game a lot and you're a good man. I mean the answers sure are short but I understand that you get the idea of how to deal with the situations. The man is clearly responsible when it comes to both combat and HQ affairs as he is playing NPU which he sacrifices time to deal with some defective units and IC problems between other units. Being NPU you have reinforced knowledge of the server rules and that is a big bonus. With the rank of EpU he also takes responsibility to train recruits and lead squads which is a big advantage since I myself have never reached past 01. Giving him staff would help since he is active and a good player.

Your application has improved, but I still see a lack of effort put into it. If you could, please fix/edit your application.

Now Let me start off Panzer's a cool dude and me personally he gets my rare +1 approval. He's chill most of the time, and isnt quite serious. Im just hoping when it comes to rulings, punishments, and enforcing he gets serious with those because while yes everyone tends to act a fool once in a while, but they have to be enforced at times.

Your app is very simplistic, and some answers are incorrect for the sits. However, I agree with Fel that you're a pretty chill dude and I see you on the server a lot.
As a starter some of the answers for the staff sits are either wrong or extremely simplistic, not seeing effort in explaining your methods of handling situations brings me to think if you will put effort in doing the sits themselves when they are more stressful than just writing about it, that aside I have had a few experiences with you in-game and from those experiences I don't think you are fit for the staff team, hopefully if you truly are interested in becoming a staff member you should change your ways and put some more effort in showing your ability with dealing with sits by actually explaining it rather than simplifying it to a point where it just seems you mixed all previous staff applications into one.
