What is your suggestion? A: Perk Suggestions (I used percentages instead of actual numbers, I'm not sure how perk balancing works.)
Spearhead
+10% Movement speed while healing
-5% Base movement speed Perk to assist medics and HELIX. They are typically targeted on the battlefield, which causes many of them to hang back from the battle and sit in the backline. This perk would allow them the speed necessary while healing others to evade enemies and actually assist the frontline.
Hasty Retreat
+15% Movement speed temporarily after taking damage
-10% Base HP Useful perk for high-hp classes and even fast rat classes. Slow tanks have difficulty escaping overwhelming firepower when alone. This perk would allow them the chance to escape, while balancing out their HP to not overpower already fast classes like MP and OL.
Resourceful
Chance to find extra components/credits when looting lootables or the death drops Fun little perk for the scavengers out there. Doesn't change too much, just another perk with no downside, isn't that beneficial.
Airship
-50% HP
+25% sprint speed Opposite of Landship, (+75 HP, Sprint Disabled). Fun idea I had to go against Landship. The percentage should be used instead of a flat number to discourage OSS and Juggernaut overpower.
How would this benefit the server? A: Some extra perks to spice up the gameplay and give the people new things to play with!
(Why and how does bro remember all his characters)
But +1, would be nice to see new perks or even old perks to make a return. Balancing will be needed to be tested obviously due to current CVR is different to the CVR 3 years ago.
I like the idea of more perks which have larger benefits and larger setbacks to go with it. Most of the perks are just boring right now, I don't think I've changed my perk set for like a year, but that could just be a me thing.

Same, half of the perks right now are bite sized value changes, my perks have stayed the same except for some situational stuff. The insignificant upsides (and downsides ig) makes them not worth equipping
That's not to say that they should be completely revamped, though. New perks would be cool.
