I scan the area from a slightly elevated position after hearing footsteps and seeing no one, I hear footsteps on my right and it's a civi/anarch. I go down to vent and seeing as I think there's an SU in the area I mistake his steps for the SUs and assume the SU is very close to the civi. I then shoot the slope that a previous SU had climbed up to get onto the elevated point and get to be a lucky/unlucky bastered hit and kill an SU solidifying my mistake in my mind as fact.
It's plausible and being told that he shouldn't have made a noise, probable.
i find it awfully convenient you went from superman levels of hearing in the first clip, immediately identifying the exact location of the SU and gunning him down promptly, to "accidentally" mistaking a citizen's (a citizen you were already aware of, mind you) footsteps for a SU and killing him after staring directly at him. never mind the fact that you keep changing your story
"i heard his footsteps"
"actually i didnt i heard somebody else's footsteps and gunned him down"
solidifying my mistake in my mind as fact.
And in the first clip there was only one set of steps I needed to track, only one man in the area they were coming from, and the civi in that instance was DEAD meaning the SU had to be the steps I heard.
I gave my story.
I was presented with evidence that conflicted with my original story.
So I gave an at least somewhat reasonable account of why I was wrong in my original story.
Is that wrong?
Your behaviour is leaning more and more towards the possibility that you're hacking, and it's not looking good either way.

I find that these two clips are inconclusive to issue a ban.
