I'd like to help people. I enjoy spending my time on the server, so while I do it, I would like to be staff and be there to assist players in case of a rule break. But it may not be a rulebreak at all times, but about players that have doubts about the rules, or new players that need guidance during their first few minutes on the server.

I'm online on the server most of the time, which means I can help people who need staff at most times. I have a good knowledge and understanding of the rules, and a lot of experience on the server. I do not break the rules and won't abuse my power. And, I have some experience as I got to be a TMOD on this server before having to leave.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I bring the civilian first to ask them to explain the situation and present their proof, once they do so I will return the Civilian, bring the Union, tell them about it, then ask why did they kill the civ and if they do not give me a good reason or good enough proof, tell them what they shouldn't have done and tell them they should read the rules. If it is a new player, I would leave them with a verbal warning, but if it is a regular player, then warn them for RDM as they have enough experience not to do so.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Bring the HECU, tell them that they cannot defect and that if they want to play as a Combine then they should switch to a Combine job they have a character on, then proceed to warn them for FailRP then notify their COs about it with evidence.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Tell them that they can't demote me for it as it is an OOC situation and that they must always announce that they are infiltrating. Afterwards, notify their higher ranks about the incident with evidence.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Get as much proof as I can of what they're saying/doing, ban them, then send the proof to a HA+.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would check in the Staff Handbook to see if what they're doing is correct, if it isn't, get proof of the abuse then ask them to stop. If they don't stop, I would send the proof to a high ranking staff member such as a HA+.
