Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
I'd like to rejoin the staff team for a couple reasons related to rule breaking and being able to help people. First off I've seen recently that staff activity has been down and they're not always taking tickets. Seconds off, I'd like to help make this server a place where people don't have to worry about rule breakers by informing and dealing with rule breakers before they interfere majorly with other people's experience.

Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I've been staff on this server twice before, both times being the rank of administrator, and I've been staff on a couple other servers such as XenoRP DarkRP, XenoRP TTT, and DEFN Networks DarkRP and I believe experience is a good quality to have for new staff. I also believe I should be accepted because I know the rules and how to go about with enforcing them. Finally, I believe myself to be cool headed in situations that most people would begin to show signs of frustration and outrage.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?

First, I'd bring the civilian to a sit area and have him give his story. second, I'd check logs and find which union killed the civilian then bring them to the sit. third, I'd have the Union tell me what happened and what his reason was for killing the civilian. Fourth I'd fact check by checking logs and asking for evidence that either side has to prove their stories. Fifth, I'd deliver my verdict about the situation meaning that if the civilian was RDMed then I'd give the Union a warn and end the sit or if the Union had a valid reason to kill the civilian I'd explain to the civilian why it was ok for the Union to do what he did and end the sit.

How do you proceed as a staff member?

Under rule Rule A5 (Factions may only enter and exit their own “base” unless a base raid is occurring.) entering the enemy base is against the rules so I'd bring the HECU to a sit area, explain that he cannot do that, then give him a warning with the reasoning "Entering enemy base."

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?

Starting from where he threatens to demote me, I'd start my recording software if it isn't running already, tell him he cannot do that even if he wanted to, warn him for the respective rule that he broke, and report him to his superiors while providing evidence of the event such as the video, chat logs, ect.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?

I would notify head admins/management of the situation in order to let them know of the threats and have them decide the best course of action. If none of them are online in discord and I can't find a way to get in touch with them I'd (as I recall this is the punishment for DDOS/Raid threats) ban the people threatening DDOS/Raid permanently

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?

I'd first of all start my recording software and monitor the staff member for a little. I'd then question them about what they're doing and would attempt to get in contact with a Head Admin or management (depending on the staff members rank) to ask about what they're doing. I'd then confirm with the person I went to if the activity the staff member is doing is allowed or not. If the staff member is allowed to do what he's doing then I'd just carry on with what I was doing but if the staff member isn't allowed to do what he's doing then I'd ask the person that I went to prior to help me deal with the situation by letting them straighten out the staff member.
