Requested Action against Staff/Player: Permanent ban.
Reason for complaint? In order of increasing severity, mildly rapey jokes, violating IC build rules, extreme toxicity, (suspected) hacking.
Evidence/Other: All saved to google docs due to the size. Large chatlog of the day, and various images of him being toxic. I suspect he's hacking because he was responding to team chat multiple times, and no-one is using a mic. @Ramtrumnd @lunar.frost on Discord can also vouch, they saw the whole thing unfold from combine and rebel sides, respectively. I took a video showing the build rule violation and some mild toxicity, which I can't put on here due to not having access to a reliable upload service, but I'd be happy to share it over Discord DMs.
+1 i can vouch for this, he also at one point removed his builds on the point that we were on and he was not, which a basic thing of NOT doing as a building class

dont think its possible to see enemy team chat with just cheats, probably either had a friend, e2 perms, or some high perms a 08 grid probably wouldnt have. or just coincidence.

I would discount the idea of having access to E2, really only GMs have access to it and this person is not a GM. I don't really know why the possibility is being thrown around.
