I would like to be apart of the staff team because I want to be apart of the hard-working team helping to make this community better and more fun for everyone. With so many rules on a server, a lot of rules are broken every day, I want to make sure that the rule-breakers are punished or informed of what they did wrong. On the weekends, so many staff tickets are being sent out and we do not have enough admins to handle every single one, especially when SU's are on. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I'm very serious when it comes to rules and rule-breaking and I will handle things very maturely. As an NPU and ex SU, I know all the rules when it comes too meta-gaming within the two groups and can handle those situations accordingly. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? I understand that I must change my name to [DEFN] Poison Any staff who can vouch for you? I do not have any staff that can vouch for me. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
First of all I would approach the Union and ask why he killed the civilian. After he gives his response, I would bring the anarchists into a sit and ask for his side of the story, if his answer is: "I had a gun out" then I would release the anarchist. If he says: "I don't know I was just chilling in base borders". I would bring the Union into the sit with us, and tell him that the base borders are not a KOS zone, and release them both. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring him into a sit then I would let him know that entering the base to "RP defect" fail RP and tell him that he can just switch to a combine recruit. I would continue to warn him for FAIL RP and VOR because he entered the combine borders. after that, I would continue to contact the Major of HECU and tell him about the situation and let him decide an IC punishment. depending on the level of the HECU lets say he was level 12, then i would warn him verbally because he probably didn't know. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit, the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
First of all, I would simply tell him that demoting my In-game character for something that I did OOC and on duty is not allowed and that I will report him to his higher-ups. After that, I would warn him for VOR for breaking rule C4/B4. Then I would contact the higher-ups of the Mace/SU CO and tell him of the situation including the demotion threat, and let them come up with an IC punishment. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
First, I would ban each of those players permanently as that is a serious deal and will not be taken lightly. Then I would copy their STEAM ID's and send them to the Head Staff Member and explain the situation. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
First, I would take screenshots and videos of what the staff member was doing, and if I don't know if it's allowed, I would send them to a higher-up staff member to find out their verdict. If what they were doing is NOT allowed then I would warn them for staff power abuse. However if what they were doing was aloud I would go on with my day as usual.

With the one section where your OOC threatened a demotion we dont actually warn for that. The application is not bad, it gets to the point could add a few more things to each section but its made up for getting.
And The DDOS answer is fine. Joking about DDOS is a bannable offense thats why players are told not to joke about it because no ones gonna take a "Precaution"
+1 I agree with Sakura here, though i do admit that verbal should be generally given out a bit more liberally to new players who would've only joined a few minutes previously.
