Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I have been wanting to be apart of the Staff Team for a while, my other 2 applications were denied because of my behavior at the time, I believe I am finally ready to take on a staff position (you can tell me I'm wrong). The reason I want to be apart of the Staff Team is to generally help the community and make it better for everyone else to play. On the weekdays, there is an extreme lack of staff members on, I want to be there to help players in need on the later hours of CVR.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I should be accepted into the Staff Team because I know all the rules, and I make sure I know them. being an NPU and an ex SU, I know most if not all of the metagaming rules that are not written in the MOTD. I am extremely active, I am on the server for all day, every day, and if I am not active, I'm busy. So I can help players at 12 am, or 5 pm. I have a pretty strong sense of justice, knowing what needs to be done to punish someone or let them go on their day. I know almost all of the ULX commands, and I have been an Admin on another DarkRP server before, so it's not my first time.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Understood and already done.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do? My first course of action would be to bring the MPF UNION into a sit, from there I would ask him why he killed the Civilian, and for his side of the story. Afterward, I would bring the Civilian and ask for his side of the story, the situation could then play out like this. 1. The UNION was in the wrong: I would warn the UNION for RDM and Return them both, after warning the UNION not to do it again. 2. The Civilian is in the wrong: I would explain to both of them that the killing if justified before returning both of them to their original position.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member? Bring him into a sit, remind him that "RP Defecting" is not allowed and warn him for Fail RP and VoR. I would then proceed to contact his CO's and let them decide In character punishment.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit, the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? First of all, I would tell him that you cannot demote my RP character for an OOC sit. I would then proceed to warn him for breaking rule B4/C4 and contact his CmD/Major of his actions, and let them decide an In Character Punishment.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? First, I wouldBan every single one of them for the max time a trial mod can do, because that is a serious offense, even if said jokingly. Then send each of their steam ID's to a Head Admin, so they can ban them permanently, and I would explain the situation to them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? First, I would take pictures/screenshots of what the high ranking staff member was doing, then I would send the evidence to an even higher ranking staff member. (so let's say a Head Admin was doing this, I would send it to the Staff Team Leader). Once the staff team leader gets his verdict, the following could happen.
1. The Head Admin is not doing anything wrong: I would just leave it there and go about my day.
2. The Head Admin is abusing: I would warn the Head Admin for Admin Abuse, and let the Staff Team Leader decide a further punishment for him.
