Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I want to be apart of the staff team to make the game better.. I really love this game and it's features. It has to be my favorite GMOD game of all time, or maybe even GAME of all time! I've had so much fun on it, and i'd love to help people and support the game in all. I'd really be glad to make the game a better experience for players.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
I work hard. I also have a short temper, and I am very calm a lot of the time.. I admit, I have been banned once for something, but I want to put that behind me. I was really stupid and naive when I did that. If I was accepted, I'd attempt and I would make CvR a better place. If I could prove my mistakes wrong and show you that I am truly a good moderator with ACTION instead of words, I'd be super glad.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] Prismo" upon getting accepted?

I've been around the ROBLOX parts a lot. I've gotten the rules of AA and what I should and should not do. I also know the CvR system already.
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
I'd admin sit the Union and ask them questions as usual, then i'd Admin sit the civilian and question, then i'd pick the most trustworthy answer and resolve the RDM/Accusation problem.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member?
Unless it is a Staff, I would not allow that. H.E.C.U should not be "Defecting" anyways. Depending on the situation or what they'd do, I'd Ban them, Kick them, Or admin sit them.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?
That is a Threat, and I'd explain to them that is false demoting and can lead to a Ban. If they continue with this "demote" of course I'd Ban them, it is up to them if they'd actually do it.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do?
I'd call on some other Staff. Then i'd tell with it professionally, I would not ban them right away, I would ask Why or How. And if they even barely even TRY I would Perm them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed
I'd do the right thing, Ask other members if it is right, or ask them themselves. As I would not want them to be abusing and making a bad experiencece on the game.
I see what you mean, but always try to keep a level head no matter how bad someone is treating you. Eventually it gets so bad it’s understandable but you need to keep your cool at almost all times.

3. For the defecting question you answered with "Unless it is a Staff, I would not allow that. H.E.C.U should not be "Defecting" anyways. Depending on the situation or what they'd do, I'd Ban them, Kick them, Or admin sit them." You always give a sit, the only reason a ban should be made is for mass RDM.

Add more details and fix the formatting. Saying that you can be calm at times just sounds like that you could go off all of a sudden.
