After reading up about Defection i was curious as to both how and what classes CAN defect.

Questions.
 - How does it function exactly?
 - Are (handpicked)/LA (cant be EOD/OSS (cannot turn human into synth) and cannot be EOWA since Transhumanised) allowed to defect?
 - Who do you ask to defect? CO's of both side?

Only MPF can defect (but not UNIONs)

all the rules on defection can be found within your CO code of conduct, if you don’t know what that is, ask overlook
