This was for a lore project for CvR that didn't pan out due to lack of motivation. It's not very long.
Child Factories
The following report has been compiled by the newly established Civil Administration and Civil Workers Union as requested by Doctor Breen.
Presently, we believe that six years of age is an optimal point to begin training new workers. When beginning training, they will operate simple machines and work on uncomplicated manufactured goods. As they grow older they will be assigned more advanced work, such as maintenance and repair of industrial machines. We are also considering training exemplary personnel on using the technology generously provided by our benefactors, and the possibility of its proliferation becoming standard as the years go on.
Additionally, older personnel will become responsible for guiding younger personnel after they’ve been screened for upholding the necessary values that should be imparted onto their juniors.
Further considerations on the other industries the young workforce can be employed in are currently undergoing.
Meteorological Report (Pre-Seven Hour War)

Predicting the weather patterns of the recent storms have proven difficult. The formation of clouds are incredibly inconsistent, with storms forming in opposing parts of the country with no corresponding pressure systems. Based on recent observations on the system passing through Nevada, the ambient temperature has risen significantly, and we have verified samples of melted concrete from Las Vegas. The storms that seem to form the majority of this weather system have been devastating, with record-breaking lightning strike counts causing severe damage to the environment.
Another concern is that we’ve been extreme levels of background radiation in affected areas, though the FCC has prohibited issuing any emergency notices for “reasons of national security”.
