Reason for complaint? RDM x1 Killing CWU without reason
The guy was reported before for RDMing CWU and continues to target CWU.

He told me to leave the point, so I left the point while he counted down for five seconds and I did so getting out of the building and his line of sight. Then as I walk away I notice logs so I go and collect them, and then I start collecting logs for res , as I finish collecting logs he turns the corner looking for me. He then sees me as I walk away from the logs and kills me while he is on the roof of the building on F. He was clearly looking for me and for a reason to kill me. It still appears to he has a issue with CWU members and with me claiming "I am just trying to get him banned".

You were warned to leave the area, you returned to the area and i believe this is getting to a point where rule A4 applies

Rule A4.
Toxicity or harassment, whether OOC or IC, is prohibited, and will be punished ICly or OOCly depending on the situation.

Rule B3.
Certain things may make you instantly KOS as a Civilian or Anarchist, such as sprinting into a no-entry zone, excessively harassing/continuing to run at a soldier who has already given you five seconds to leave his area, or being caught snitching on a faction.

Returning to the same area you got told to leave can make you KOS by the person who told you so.

CWU tend to push boundaries by looking directly at the person as they slowly creep back to the point or go around to do so as well. (speak from experience). This is clearly shown in the video evidence you presented. (Unfortunate that the part where you got warned to leave wasn't.

Upon viewing the footage, I believe that this was an abuse of rule B3, given that the CWU never re-entered the point and simply collected the logs OUTSIDE before making his way AWAY from the point. There didn't seem to be a reason for the RU to kill the CWU that was complying, given the CWU's direction of movement before he was killed, but of course the area of the point didn't seem to be specified and that's where confusion can occur, if I was a CWU, I would believe that the warning only applies to the entrances and inside of the building, not on the wooden resource pile. +1 for the warn.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, map features or loopholes in the rules is not allowed. Abusing an exploit for any reason is punishable.

Upon review of the evidence you've submitted, we've decided that the RU in question will not be warned. Had he not warned you to leave the area it may have been RDM, but as you so kindly pointed out for us this is simply not the case.

I suggest brushing up on the rules before reporting anyone out of frustration. The forums are a tool not to be misused.
