Reason for complaint? RDM x2 (KOSing CWU)[/color
The guy was already RDMing I and CWU T5-D Crabbo and I started to record the times he killed us. The evidence shown doesnt show much really. (also its only 1 clip and not two)
Could have been an accident really, getting killed as a civilian class by either a combine or rebel happens usually, and it is most of the time not on purpose.
Or he had a good reason, SU could have called you out for helping out combine, or some other rebel did. Or an anarchist snitched on you.
Either way, not really conclusive
I know we are not suppose to comment on ban appeals unless it's necessary but the first clip blatantly show it was an intended KOS which are not allowed on CWU and a KOS must be called via advert as per rules. (There isn't any rules on CWUs being KOS so I am going off of Anarch rules.)
The fact that you stood still and the RU looked at you for a reasonable amount of time to recognise that you are indeed not an enemy, and wearing the CWU-specific outfit that you can't get on anarch(afaik) just shows the intent of RDM.
As for the 2nd clip, it is inconclusive as it doesn't show the RU. It could have been an accidental kill, it could have been a different RU, but the first clip pretty much closes it.
CWU must be individually KOS'd by name for anything they do, and the KOS expires when they die.
Second(?) clip shows the DP12 (RU's shotgun) in the killfeed, so an RU did kill the CWU in the clip where the killer isn't shown on screen.
A fair amount of the time "not on purpose" is very much intentional, so the possibility of it being an accident isn't meaningful when the clips showcase RDM.
First clip (RDM 1) I did it on purpose, this was due to at the time the CWU's were destroying and capturing objectives and on top of that killing rebels as if they were anarchists, this isn't a justification and i admit that a lot of it was out of anger. i don't generally go after CWU like that but they pissed me off. No comment on the second. (RDM 2)
I do apologise for how I acted yesterday night, if I end up banned over this or whatever then that is how it is.
