Also something i might forgot to add is that the rocket only be reverted AND it dmg nerf to ground units from 150 to 100 , keep the mortar only for ground

RPGs aren't balanced with flight-based perks in mind, it's perfectly viable without having 75% damage resistance or making yourself move funny in the air.

75% damage resistance is cactus ass. Really, can we just change the synergy. It shouldn't cause this many problems.
