Why do you want to be part of the staff team?
First of all,i really want to help players and improve experiences.Alot of times there's no staff on but i can fix that.I can help the players,and other staff,i could be online,and ill try to improve on my mistakes that i regret.I'll try and help players and staff and make the game fun and help making it grow.I've been staff once and i really want to join again,its fun.The server mostly has no admins,but i can be online when almost none are on.I can really help anyone with tickets and stuff,and it would be nice because i could help people when no other admins are on,thats why.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team?
First of all,my timezone,my timezone is weird but it means i can be online when other staff cannot.I know alot of commands,etc.I've been a staff once,i know how it works.I understand if this will not get accepted,i know why.I made a mistake i regret,and i fear it cannot be fixed.If i do get a chance ill try to step up and improve on my self.I've been a staff once,didnt last long.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes,i do.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I'd TP to him and ask him why he killed him.If he starts running away i freeze him.If he doesn't talk/refuses to talk i'll warn him RDM X1.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I may not know the correct answer to this,but what i would do is TP to him,and do a little sit and i'd verbally warn him,if he does it again,i'd warn him.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'd notify his CmD and DvL about this,and i'd let his higher ups to deal with him.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Of course,if they're serious,i'd IP ban them.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I go to a staff member higher than him and ask him if thats allowed,if its not allowed,i'd ping higher ups to deal with him.
I did do horrible mistakes in the past that i deeply regret,i hope y'all understand and give me a chance to improve.The things i did is horrible 'admin abuse',noclipping without being cloaked,noclipping into people.I was abusing my powers,i understand if this doesnt get accepted,no hard feelings,if this does get denied,i know why,you probably dont trust me,i understand.

Note for head admins who review this. The “mistake” he talks about was him using admin powers for su tryouts (i had to look at this on discord), and some other forms of noclipping into others as well as flying around uncloaked. However that was in January.

Own up to the mistake and there are just some grammatical errors. Overall just improve on the application a bit.
