What do you do? I bring the Union and Civilian into a sit and ask the MPF on why he killed the Civilian. If he doesn't have a valid reason I'll give him a verbal, but if the Civilian pulled out a weapon, I'll ask for any evidence. If he did pull out a weapon, I'll explain that a Union can kill Civis with weapons. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I'll bring the HECU in a sit and explain to him he can't do that type of roleplay, but what he can do is switch sides to Combine and get trained by an NCO. I'll just give him a verbal warn. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'll explain to him that this is a OOC situation and not IC, he can't just threaten to demote me IC. If he carries on insulting/threatening I'll warn him for staff disrespect. I'll tp him back and tell him to notify his team next time. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I'll take video/screenshot evidence and ban them. Then I'll report it to a higher up so they can be permanently banned. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

Some of your answers are not as detailed or fleshed out as they should be. But they do get somewhat to the point.
I don't know that I've seen you as much or spoken much with you in game but that could be due to me misremembering.
Here are some pointers. With sits you never bring both parties together. You always bring the person who called the sit first, have them explain, then return them and repeat the process with the other individual. Never bring both together as this can cause lots of unnecessary trouble for everyone involved.

I'll be honest, you are a good guy but you can get very mingy sometimes. We all get mingy but you go over the line.
Sometimes you get warned but you do not stop doing the same action like TKing and ect. If you do improve on these when you get staff, then I'd say +1

The format is a bit icky, you should use a different font or color for your answers and not make them the same as the question. You did that at the start but didn't keep it consistent.
For sits you should bring them individually or different rooms.
For the union sit you should've warned him for RDM instead of a simple verbal if he did not have a valid reason.
For the HECU question, again you should've warned him for FAILRP and told his COs.
For the SU question, gather evidence and report to his higher COs, major ect.
As for your reputation in the community I'm unsure of who you are but this could just be on my behalf.
It would've been nice if you explained your warn a bit more. (who gave it to you ect.) Do !warns in game if your unsure how to look at them.
In all honest opinion I believe you should take a step back and rewrite this application further down the line when you have experienced more of the server and how it works.

The effort you have put in your answers in addition to your act in-game make me doubt your intentions and the effort you will put on being a staff member, I hope that you understand what is required of staff members and that your act changes in the near future, especially if you make another app.
