What is your reason(s) for applying for Gamemaster?

I want to make some fun Events for others and me.

Have you ever been Event Staff or something similar before? If so, list your previous positions.

Sadly no, but I saw many otehr peeps

Describe how you react to negative feedback, from constructive criticism to borderline harassment.

I woud take the negativ stuff as Advise and getter at the part I f*cked up.
I woud tell the Harasser to stop, if they dont ill tell an Admin/Mod

While planning a server-wide Event you realized that it would make hosting it much easier if you had another Gamemaster assisting you, and manage to get someone to help. Unfortunately 5 minutes before the Event is scheduled to begin, they messaged you and said they would be absent. How do you proceed?

I woud look if another GM is aviable at that time, brief them in asap. (Only if I really need assistance) If not, Ill give my best to do it alone.

While planning an Event, you decide to test some of the tools you think would be helpful. You go to the admin room, and start to experiment. Unfortunately, while testing with some NPCs the server crashed. How do you react?

I woud apologies to everyone, tell it in a discord to rejoin.

An NCO has finished training a Recruit, but there are no COs or Staff online to provide the whitelist. What do you do?

Ill tell an admin over discord. Make a screenshoot of the RCT. Woud tell em to wait until an Admin, etc is here.

While hosting a server-wide Event you have implemented a RP section where players can interact with a computer in order to open a door. Unexpectedly, a CO decides that they would rather that door stay closed (Presumably so that the other side cannot continue), and orders that the computer be destroyed. Given that the door is essential to progressing your event, how do you react?

I woud try to get the PC back and look after that everything works. And I woud tell everybody (agian, since I woud tell them in forehand to not do that) not destroy the PCs.

While hosting a server-wide Event, a CmD/MAJ decides that they dislike it, and begin to openly attempt to get players to refuse to participate. This reaches the point that there are almost no players participating on one side. How do you resolve the situation?

I woud ask them why they do that. If its an BS reason, I woud simply tell the guys to not listen to them, since I wantthe people to have fun in my Event. I woud only brake up if there is no chance for both sides.

After hosting a server-wide Event, you are in the middle of a post-event Debrief when the COs present tell you to stop hosting your DB so they can host theirs. How do you react?

If I don't have anything to do with the Event (like they had to defend me etc.) then I woud not even do a DB, just spectate it. If I want to do an DB, I woud simply tell them to wait and do mine a lil bit faster. (I woud generaly not make one, since im not an CO)

What permissions do Gamemasters have, both inside and outside of Events?
Spawn cars/props. TP Peeps. Make announcments.

While preparing to host an Event, you notice that there are 3 vehicles deployed, and that the server is lagging a bit because of that. What do you do?

Depends on wich faction it has deployed for what reason, players etc etc. If its an normal reason, I woud wait about 5-10 mins. If they didnt destroy each other, Ill ask thier COs if its okay if the RTB and undeploy.

Describe your design process of Events prior to queuing them.

1/2+ Days befor I woud make the Event, I start planning it. If I think it's done, I look carefully for any mistakes. If I need help from an GM I ask if one is aviable.

Create three Event ideas and describe them below. Be as detailed as you feel necessary. Originality is appreciated, and a lack of details will be penalized.

1. An Dropship full of weapons has fallen in a (big map) abondon spot (aka where almost nobody goes without a reason). After the Combine got reported that an ally ship crashed, they get ready to go there and get the weapons back. Meanwhile, some Rebels noticed that and also make an attack on that point. Techs and Foxtrots (Mace and SU also if needed) need to stay in the get in the ship after the Combine/Rebels defended the Dropship good and long enough to get it (aka with my permission). Fly away. The last chance for the Rebels/Combines to win is to destroy the Dropship. The one that had to destroy the Dropship wins. If the Dropship gets into a base, the faction will get weapons.

2. Combine and Rebels have been send to an specific secter place. (only on a specific map). As both fractions get in, without knowing one and another is there. They get surrounden by Xen. I woud tell them to better not shoot eachother, to survive. (They can do so, but I woud make it harder to survive after that. After they survive together the long fight, they find what they wanted. The last surviving Rebels and Combines (if only one of teh fraction survives, they get to keep something) get to decide if they fight for the thing, or destroy it, and leave each toher in peace, go diffrent ways.

3. A virus started to spread out in a city. There are masks (aka they dont get the NPC PILL) on certain points, wich will be hard to find. The Virus will infect everybody nearby the hotspots. The Combine can decide if they let it spread or also ''kill it''. While the Rebels have to ''kill it'', since its more dangerous to them. if they manage to kill it, they somehow managed to contain it, and coud attack the combine with it. If every single combine died/was made a zombie once, the rebels win. Samw in the opposite. (Im gonna be honest, this one will need some more panning)

How often do you think GMs should host events?

A minimum of one Event every 2 weeks.

Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak Staff or Gamemaster information, I will not abuse my powers, and I will not break the Gamemaster rules. Additionally, I will add [DEFN] to my Steam name.

Yes I do.

Do you understand the basics of using ULX? List what you know.

Yes, like !hp , !bring , !goto etc.

This application just looks like you made it in about 10 minutes. It is lacking information on a lot of questions and alot of spelling / grammar mistakes, just doesn't look like you put too much effort into this.

I sadly can't do much about the grammar/spelling stuff, since I often don't even notice it. And tbh, that is kinda how Im used to do stuff like this.

Word of advice, if you copy+paste your entire application into a Google or Word document you'll get a handy red/blue bar under each of the spelling/grammar mistakes. I would also recommend spending a bit more time making your answers more specific.

Though English isn't your first language, the message is put out there, however need to improve on the application more grammatically and professionally. Neutral.

Neutral.
The application is quite barebones, and the English ain't too great either. I know it isn't your first language, but basic spelling and grammar mistakes are ignored here. Apart from that, the events are loosely descripted and specified upon, and the answers aren't looking too good either. Improve on those, and my opinion may change.
