Reason for complaint? Killing me (a CWU) on purpose multiple times as an anarchist and harassing me.
So here's the story. I was just playing CWU today like I would any other day. I was healing teammates occasionally and scavenging some materials for the CWU R&M department. Out of nowhere this random anarchist starts killing me (I believe his name was "i hate zyer" at first, that's also why I accidentily highlighted zyer's name in the console in the video). At first I thought it was a mistake or a joke and I just shrugged it off but then he changes his name to "CWU hater" and kills me like 5 more times. Really dude.
I caught him killing me twice in the first clip, but you can't see me copy paste his steamID in the chat because for some reason the resolution on my video is messed up. But in the second clip you can even see his name as he kills me and his steamID is visible.
After I got him killing me 3 times on recording I was being afk in spawn and seeing if the videos turned out alright and he randomly PM'ed me in Dutch "what are you gonna do about it?". I'm Dutch and apparently he is aswell but how tf did he find out? He probably went on my steam profile or something because I don't tell anybody. I tell him that I got it on video. He seems to be indifferent about it. I ask him if he wants to state his reasons for killing me and he says "I hate CWU".
This dude is a VIP Engineer and was/is a Medic Captain. He RDM'ed me more than 5 times on purpose and harasses me afterwards. He takes full responsability for his actions and that's why I see it fit to ask for him to be banned or CK'ed.

There should be no reason for his Character to get CKed, however his behavior and RDMing shouldn't go unpunished, in my opinion, of course.
Are you able to provide additional evidence that it wasn't RDM? You stated yourself "I was just playing CWU today like I would any other day. I was healing teammates occasionally" which is grounds for you to be shot. Although I will not deny the fact that if it were rdm that he should be warned, all I can see right now tho is partial evidence of the situation.
Normally I'd wait for the accused to give their statement in response to an accusation such as this but the evidence seems pretty clear in this case.
As others have said, CKing unrelated characters isn't used as a punishment in response to a simple rulebreak, and as such the offending player will be warned for MRDM and banned for 6 weeks.
