He cut transport vehicle prices, not all (I think)

OVA Thunder here, I think a RPG buff is a bit of the wrong direction to go with things. Currently the way I see it HVY aren't the main counters to Aircrafts anymore, an experienced pilot can really pick apart a HVY if they don't position correctly or get too aggressive with their locking. Any time a rocket hits me, it's because I made a wrong move by losing momentum and thus leaving me slower than the rocket I'm evading or I was too careless and didn't know where a HVY was at the time. While getting more damage on a rocket is a way to look at balancing, you gotta remember that HVY really should be working as a team to take down a vehicle. Multiple HVYs at their current rocket damage can absolutely shred through an aircraft if they make a major mistake, leading to their death almost instantly. Also, y'all do kinda spawn back into battle relatively fast. What an aircraft kills in one strafe is already back up in the next. You have infinite chances to take down an aircraft and infinite ammo. Plus being able to spawn wherever you want and completely throw off where the Aircraft remembered you last time, leading to being ambushed by a surprise rocket.

Aircrafts have a set amount of health and can't heal. Every mistake is a step closer to death, it's just the pilots job to make as little as they can and prolong their life.

Techs however, now serve as a far greater counter to Aircrafts. Remember the buff went both ways, and when I experienced a dogfight during the buff it took an insane 8 seconds for me to down an enemy Hoplite. Same way goes for any rebel Aircraft that needs to fight a Combine one. HVY at this point are more of the assist now. Trust me, being locked on by a HVY while juggling a dogfight with an Aircraft? You're not dodging that HVY rocket.

Also, there's other vehicle divisions too that get affected by this. KILO gets bullied by HVYs every day, the APC is practically a suicide mobile because it lacks mobility and damage output. They're just gonna get fucked more, not fun for them.

My conclusion? In the most honest and sincere way, get better. I'm not trying to ridicule you, I might play as an oppressive class that blows up Rebels every day, but I want y'all to have fun too. HVY are still viable in their own special way, and they can take down a vehicle. I've ran Hornets out and HCs, and sometimes I get fucked by good HVY placement and ambushes around every corner. I've cope, mald, and even seethed at HVY at one point. Learn your strengths, learn how HVY can operate effectively with your team, and learn how Aircrafts tick. It's the key to taking them down. Some Pilots might be a bit more experienced than others, but there's always a way to take them down. We're all human, we make mistakes. No Foxtrot can keep an Aircraft up forever, just make it last a second longer every time.
