I wanna be staff mainly because I want to help the community out in any way I can. I've never been a staff member in another server before so it's a first time experience for me and CvR’s one of the first communities I got this invested in. CvR gave so much to me, so I want to give back.

I have a few years of experience on the server so I know the rules almost by heart. I am extremely dedicated to tasks I have to do and I’m decently active on the server (because it’s currently the only GMOD server and community I am invested in). I also know a few ULX commands, but I’m not really well adjusted with the more recent ones, but I’ll learn them fast.
Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I'll bring the UNION first and ask him why did he shoot the civilian and find out if it was intentional or accidental (accidental kills happen a lot). If it was intentional, then depending on how new the UNION is to the server, I'll either give out an ULX warn or verbally warn him that he cannot kill civilians unless: they have a gun or they killed an ally or they trespassed in HQ.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I’ll bring him outside and depending on how new he is to the server, I’ll either administer an ULX warning or just verbally warn him that he can’t enter the combine base for any reason other than base raiding. I’ll also let the current H.E.C.U. COs know about the situation so they can do their part.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I’ll just ignore the threats since I know he can do jackshit to me, since you can’t take Out-Of-Character matters In-Character (well, unless it has to do with their respective division). I’ll tell him there’s no way he can avoid the rule and if he breaks it again, I’ll have to administer a warning (I'll also let his higher up know).
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Last time I checked, threatening to DDOS or raid the server is an immediate permaban. I normally am not this harsh on people, but if they’re here to raid or DDOS, then they have no intent on being apart of the community and actively seek out to harm it, so I’ll permaban them immediately (of course, I’ll let a high ranking staff member know about the situation beforehand).
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I’ll gather screenshot/video proof of them in the act and then send it to the higher higher ups which are normally head admins and above.
