Why should we remove warn/ban?
I was banned for "cheating," which honestly just doesn’t make any sense to me. I’ve played shooters for years — I’m 2.8k ELO on FACEIT and have played in the Advanced division for ESEA. My aim and movement come from that experience, not from cheats. I’ve never used any kind of external software or exploited, and to be permanently banned without so much as a conversation feels extremely unfair.
According to the ban details, there is a video on record. I would really appreciate the chance to actually see that footage and speak on it. From my perspective, it feels like someone inexperienced with shooters who watched my POV and assumed something shady was going on. That’s frustrating, especially when there was no communication or opportunity for me to explain. What makes this worse is seeing a screenshot where an admin publicly referred to me as a “retard” in OOC chat. That kind of language is just unprofessional, especially from someone in a position of authority, and it makes me question how objectively this situation was handled. One of the reasons I was supposedly suspicious is that I was “jumping around n shiet." The admin’s (Berd's) comment seemed to insinuate that only a bad player would move like that, implying that a skilled player with good aim and mechanics wouldn’t use such movement. But GMod is an arcadey shooter, even with the more grounded nature of CvR, so how exactly is “jumping around” supposed to be an indicator of poor skill?

It is true that some people on this server are relatively inexperienced in shooters but most have some foundational level of shooters as well as foundational gamesense in CvR as well as other source-based games. Although, with how experienced you proclaim to be, I understand how its frustrating to be in this situation in your perspective.
Just to go over a few things, it is very hard to definitively say without a doubt that someone is cheating, but if they have evidence to make this conviction, chances are it is definite without a doubt type evidence. However, there is a slight chance that someone who is just cracked out of his mind is accused of cheating and gets banned, in which mistakes happen and hopefully they get rectified, But I don't think showing a Faceit profile would prove anything. Even pros get caught cheating, sometimes in the games they are pros in.
Another thing, since when is jumping bad? Sure in most cases it is dumb to just jump randomly (especially when it is virtually impossible to bhop in this server). But if you are doing something like jumping corners its not a bad thing to do strategically, i've seen shotgunners mainly do it because it can throw off someone's aim who is covering that corner. Sometimes I do it to achieve the same thing. This is just a little rant about the jumping comment so I won't go further into it.
With how it looks, I don't think you'll be unbanned especially when one of the people that banned you (berd) is a head admin. So I wouldn't suggest holding your breath for it.
Despite that, I will +1 this appeal and give you the benefit of the doubt. There is a chance that you are just goated and people are just salty. Especially when that someone plays over 600 matches of Faceit, not that I believe you because you play Faceit, but it would be unlikely for someone to cheat if they are dedicated to Faceit imo. If the evidence isn't clear upon review and there is not definitive evidence of you cheating, then you justly deserve to be unbanned.
You're right that a FACEIT profile alone doesn't prove anything, and even high-level players have been caught cheating before. But the point of sharing mine isn’t to say “look, I’m above suspicion,” it’s to provide context. There's not really much for me to say or provide, considering there is allegedly a video on record.
Yea i was in the server when it happened. He wasn't even pulled aside or talked to at all, mid craft menu after map swap got banned out of nowhere. I've played other games with Shoz, he's literally just cracked at CS and every shooter. Even if you don't see the faceit for context (lvl 10 and tournament placements), you should at least see he deserves a fair talk and process.

I understand, but how you worded it just gave me the "look dude im clean" type vibe. Not to mention it doesn't help when you have a game ban on your steam account, granted its over 7 years old and you probably got it when you were a dumbass 12 year old but it still looks bad lol. Nevertheless I still believe you didn't cheat and that some people are just mad lmao. The server is definitely at a point where it frustrates people more than it should and I believe you just got caught in the crossfires.

I understand, but how you worded it just gave me the "look dude im clean" type vibe.
