Ban Reason: Officially it reads as "ban evasion" on my end however it refers to a dox "threat" (posted at the bottom of this appeal). To clarify, the ban was enforced while I was off of the server, there was no sit taken.
Why should you be unbanned? There are several reasons as to why I should be unbanned. For this appeal, allow me to provide my defense. The screenshot posted below clearly explains the reason as to why I was initially banned. However, I want to provide some contextual evidence. Firstly, the individual in the matter of this apparent "threat" is nobody in particular. Sitting in the middle of the rebel base, I was shot several times from no apparent direction. Then, after the fact, those that were around me identified the person shooting, which was, in fact, a rebel teamkilling. The rebel, his name was West (the "threat" was not targetted during any discussion towards West, I want to make that clear), shot and killed both a medic and myself multiple times over. During that situation, I spoke with Nekso, who dealt with the situation.
Secondly, despite what some may say, I help people on the server. During my short time as NCO, I've gone above what others are expected to do and even spent an entire day training recruits and teaching other resistance fighters techniques on how to remain combat efficient. I have encouraged others to do well and have supported people's development and kept things in check on the ground level (providing solutions to people's problems). I also took initiative and trained recruits as a Corporal with permission. I've had other people also come up to me personally and praise me for my hard work (including the COs of my division) and have also mentioned that my suggestions and constant participation in the server have improved the combat efficiency of several members of the resistance (ranging from Resistance Fighters to other members in different divisions, RU for example).
Lastly, I would like to put this into perspective. Nothing threatening or harmful was said to the individual who was later identified (West). I've spent time helping others on the server despite what others may think of me. If the base argument of this decision is supremely enforced, I just want to demonstrate that I provide value to others on this server. I've sacrificed hours (even a full day) to train recruits, teach people how to be more combat efficient so they have a more enjoyable experience on the server, and also provided some big suggestions (one of which is the current respawn system, and while I know I didn't develop it, I started the conversation and I'll at least take that bit of respect).
I ask that you don't evaluate this situation based on the circumstance but the individual. If I didn't believe I provided added benefit to some on the server I wouldn't make the conscious effort to display it through this appeal. +1 know this guy he’s nice but if he does it again he should be punished heavily, ik I’m ex staff so my opinion doesn’t really matter anymore but how the fuck do you DOX someone with nothing to go off besides a steam profile

I will have to stay neutral here too, you were a really good NCO, but your reports of toxicity and Dox threatening cannot be unpunished, even the most helpful, active players have to be punished, when they do something wrong, activity doesn’t give you coverage from rules.
Neutral leaning to -1. Nothing against you but you really are toxic as I have seen it myself. Being an active NCO is cool and all, but like Trench said its not an excuse to just get out of a punishment. Sorry man, but like I said its probably good to go somewhere else for now.

After very hard thinking I think that it would be best (IMO) to rather than a perm ban to make it a month ban just to make you learn from your mistake. (idk random bruh)

I have never made any threats or comments towards DDoS'ing or attacking the server. I don't know where you got that information. I've made comments towards the recently leaked TF2 and CS:GO sourcecode. None of those comments were directed or had any correlation to Definitive Networks, or even substantially at Garry's Mod. Hell, I don't even own CS:GO and I hardly ever play TF2.

+1 I don't know how banning can prevent doxing in the first place, and it's not even doxing attempt it's just a threat which can be just Skippy's toxicity without any malicious intent. So yeah, should he be banned for not watching his words? Yes. Does he deserve a permanent ban? Not really
