Fattest -1 I've even given out.

You have proven yourself to be way beyond toxic and your doxx threat was the spill line for the amount of toxicity we will tolerate. You don't deserve the opportunity to abuse your access to the community anymore.

DDOXing or threatening to DDOX someone is against the MOTD. Showing how 'good of a community member' you are will not grant you immunity from the rules.

I don't think you're looking at the full picture of myself as an individual. From what I'm understanding people have held pent-up aggression towards me waiting for the prime moment to unleash whatever fury of "toxicity" you claim I have. The majority of the negative things that were discussed had been completely tossed out of perspective in the first place, this is why my COs understood the full situation of previous events and simply encouraged me to not respond to other individuals who like to instigate. Now, the fact that I didn't adhere to such caution is another foreseeable factor as to why I'm in this position currently.

If you wish to speak on specific incidents not related to my initial ban, feel free to comment below and we can discuss. I've discussed this with SpicyDoritos1 (Troike) previously, that reports of toxicity were mainly taken out of context and were either exacerbated with irrelevant information to instigate something or were founded on the framework of the server being TDM-based and furthering the trash talk between the Resistance & Combine side for the sake of the game mode.

You bring up a good point as have others mentioned previously. Of course, showing that I've put forth a conscious effort to do good with those I personally interact with is not an excuse for the action provided. That's part of the reason why I posted the screenshot in my OP. The other part is that I've never done anything malicious on the server or towards anyone, so there's no reason to attempt to hide any information.

Additionally, as others have also mentioned, I'm not in a position to be asking for immediate relief of my ban. It's obvious that I'm at fault for what happened. The basis of the appeal is whether or not the punishment should remain permanent, or if it should be set to a fixed ban length.

Again, if you have any questions or things you would like to discuss the situation or anything related to it, feel free to contact me on discord or on this thread so we can converse.

+1 BUT, I don’t want you unbanned, I feel like lowering it from perma to a few weeks to a month would be much more reasonable. But honestly dude, even as a joke threats of DDOS or doxing are taking really seriously and it was an idiotic idea to say that, though perma seems a bit harsh.

I am very confused on why people support this unban or in their cringy "I know its against the rules....but i'm going to 'lean' a certain way". Make your choice or don't comment at all. It's okay to wait but post your support or disagreement when you make up your mind.

To now address this ban appeal, I find the person banned a neanderthal. Go onto any Server, whether it be CSS, TF2, Gmod, or most community servers on any particular game with rules, you will find the phrase "No DDOS/Dox'ing threats, or jokes allowed", with the most common punishment being a permanent ban. So I fail to understand the thought process on what allows someone to believe that making a Dox threat whether playful or not is allowed. This person makes the argument of "I'm a good person" which may be true, I do not personally know them, but good people can break the rules, and there must be consequences. "I've never done anything malicious on the server or towards anyone", I would classify a Dox threat even as a joke is pretty malicious.

So to make it clear on how this community stands on any sort of DDOS or Dox'ing threat even as jokes, we will permanently ban the individual who makes such comments.
