Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. To generally help the staff team as I've heard it's been lacking members lately and been encouraged to apply as there is a need for more Combine Staff, so I decided to apply, I have some experience and I think I can help in with moderation duties.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I'd pull both involved parties into a staff sit and ask them one at a time for their side of the story. If I'm receiving conflicting information, I will attempt to use staff tools in order to see other parts of the situation. Should the UNION in question not be justified to kill the citizen, he will be warned for RDM x1, however if he was justified to kill himm ( i.e Civ had a gun or did not comply with a warning issued by the UNION to back away ), then the UNION will be let go and both involved parties will be sent back.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would check for a sub-division change log in the Rebel discord, if one made and it is the person in question, they will be given their whitelist, otherwise I will inquire the COs about the person asking for the Sniper whitelist and if they are clear to receive it.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would pull him aside and ask him what he wishes to accomplish by this scenario, once I receive the information, I'd paint him blue to help him not get shot while inside the Combine Borders and let him carry on while also overseeing his actions to ensure he won't go on a Mass RDM spree and to stop it before it happens if it is the case.
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
Check logs if the CROSS has got any kills within base borders during Scouting, as that would break scouting rules, and check if he even asked for permission to scout. if he requested permission to scout and he was approved, then I will check if he killed anyone inside base broders as he is not allowed to kill during scouting. If he did kills someone inside base broders, I would pull him in a sit and check his record to see if he is a repeat offender of this rule, then proceed to issue the punishment accordingly.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would carry on with the according punishment for breaking infiltration rules and inform their respective COs about him wanting to take IC action over an OOC situation.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Not entirely sure, but it might not be realistic, he is pretty much harmless while inside the ball and the ball may be destroyed, however it can have gameplay effect as he can be on a point and hinder the progress of the enemy team capturing the point as he is inside that ball.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would proceed to ban them and notify senior staff about this.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Notify a Head Admin, or Affairs if necessary and ask if what said high ranking staff member did is allowed.
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
I would proceed to ban them as it's pretty much could be doxing someone and notify senior staff about it.

I've known him for many years, we almost started CvR together. We were CO's together and I am confident in his abilities. He will make a great staff member. He has past experience with being Staff on other servers and he's trustworthy
