1. An unlogged warn from when I first started playing, approximately June 2021. Hard R in OOC.
2. This is the most recent, October 10 2022. I had a triple kill and said KILL JEWS in chat. Another player had a bad reaction and reported it, leading to me receiving a warn. No further action was taken. Previous Bans?
1. "ERP:" Again, this wasn't typical ERP. If it was, it wouldn't have been only a week long. It was a series of very fucked up jokes in OOC. Something about an uncle fucking someone. This ban has an appeal.
2. The first MRDM ban. This was martyring a DB.
3. The second MRDM ban and worst part of the app: Here is the appeal. The video attached to the previous application has been deleted. This appeal caused a stir and led to drama I thoroughly wish didn't happen. I am incredibly grateful that time has healed the wounds created by this incident, but the scars still remain and will most likely be the incident leading to the appeal being denied. Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I've played CVR since June 2021. Since then I have played on and off, and have come to adore the community and gameplay. I want to contribute to the community by applying my skills and talents as a staff member. Any staff who can vouch for you?
Sanders and Arti are the first two that I can think of right off the bat. Both have been colonels of my battalion and have been able to see how things have really changed from the Shogun days. I also think that Kowalski could potentially vouch. Any others that come to mind, it's a coinflip. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Wait to see if the civillian makes a ticket. If so, analyze and see whether or not it was accidental or intentional. If it was accidental, tell the MPF UNION to check their shots. If it was intentional, administer proper RDM punishment as per staff guidelines. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
As far as I understand, Rebel Sniper doesn't have any applications. I'm going to presume that this was an accident and explain the situation. Any further inquiries or asking other staff members for a whitelist could mean that they are purposefully trying to whitelist abuse. Explain the situation to higher ranking staff members and let them handle the situation. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
"RP defecting" is considered FailRP. As the question is worded, I am going to presume that the soldier has already entered the base. The severity of punishment correlates to the damage dealt by the soldier. Just walking into base is a warn for FailRP, and a PM to his COs. If he starts killing other rebels or combine, take RDM punishment guidelines. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
If the CROSS was killing in spawn, each kill is considered its own instance of RDM. None of the rebel spawn borders give deniability, if he was found in borders it is most likely an intentional spawncamp. Take RDM punishment guidelines. If it's more than 3 kills, take MRDM punishment guidelines. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Administer a verbal warning and immediately notify Rebel Leadership of the abuse of power. If he's constantly going into combine base, warn for FailRP and immediately notify Rebel Leadership of the abuse of power. Staff integrity is more important than an RP character. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
Yes. This is textbook violation of Rule D3. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Immediately ban all players that are a part of the raid. Notify Sentinel and Management so that proper permabans can be carried out. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Simply ask them. Chances are, no big deal. If this is something wrong, ask a higher ranking staff member. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
Immediately bring them to a sit. If they are just typing a reserved IP address (192.168.x.x, 10.0.0.1, etc.) explain to them that even as a joke this type of conduct can lead to a permanent ban. If they are typing non-reserved IP addresses, ban for as long as possible and contact Sentinel/Management about the potential breach of network security, and to carry out a permanent ban.
-1 From me personally as just yesterday you lost your cool and complained for over an hour with shit talking as well before finally getting off because combine were using their allowed vehicles and push back classes when they were pushed back to the A/B point, they were simply just playing the game.
I'm sorry but I personally feel as with what happened yesterday I see you as emotionally unmatured enough for the staff team and it could lead to complications of bias against people, its alright to get angry but when instead of keeping your cool and just having fun you started complaining and shit talking it doesn't sit right with me.

I apologize if that offended you. If I remember correctly, all I said was "I am not having fun right now. Not calling out anyone in particular, just saying I'm not having fun." I eventually said "yeah fuck this" and left.
I did not "shit talk" any other player or division, nor player. I chose to remove myself from the situation to prevent that.

me with 20 warns? and idk how many bans at this rate
This is childsplay
After review with the administration team, we have decided you unfit for staff.
It is believed unanimously that you have trouble governing yourself within the emotional department.
I personally recommend developing a sense of agency over your emotions, and showcasing it to staff and players alike before reapplying.
