Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I would like to join the staff team as on several occasions in recent times there has not been a member of staff online to deal with staff requests (usually minor ones but still) that I as a Junior GM cannot fulfill or help with. This isn't a dig at the current staff team though, they have been doing a great job.
My motivation is to provide the team with another european member of staff who can be called upon at ealier hours of the day to help out people on the server when needed, Sometimes the currently active member of staff needs to step away or AFK for an extended period to deal with something on their end, this is the place I could see myself fitting in, as support and assistance alongside those who are more senior to myself. I'm not joining staff for the idea of going "to high places" and becoming a head admin or anything, I want to help out with the simple things while not performing my duties as a Gamemaster.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?

If investigating both people has not yielded a clean story, check the logs and see if the Union was also damging / being damaged / shooting at a rebel or anarchist around the same time. Usually civilians get caught in corssfire by accident or are mistaken for an anarchist an officer may have called a KOS on, through deduction I can figure one of the following courses of action at the end:
- If Union was killed by an anarchist, who then in turn killed a identical looking civlian as a form of revenge, this can be taken as RDM and NLR breaches. An approriate warning to be handed out.
- If it was an accident, offer to reimburse the civilian if any items or credits are lost and ask the Union politely apologise for shooting them, no real punishment handed out
- If it was just plain RDM, warn for such.
Theres ultimately a dozen or so scenarios which could have occured, including the civilian insulting the Union which goes down another rabbit hole of potential courses of action.

Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
Check their factions discord for the promotion / tryout log, make sure to check with them the date they joined to cross reference. If accurate then provide them with the whitelist. If not then tell them lying about that stuff is not a good idea and warn them not to do it again verbally as it's a waste of staffs time. Then also inform the relevant divsion and other staff about this person and they might try to do it again.

An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?

It is likely the HECU soldier is attempting to join a division on the Combine side, he must be observed while cuffed or stripped of weapons while he performs a tryout or a proper RP process to sucessfully turn him into being a Combine, whatever the processes might be for whatever division he is joining. If it is say, just as a Union, The process I would follow is as follows:
- Have them cuffed and or stripped to prevent them attempting to RDM
- Have him trained as a recruit by a combine NCO, so he understands the differences between rebels and combine.
- Inform the HECU Officers that one of their own has defected while the training is going on and he will need to be processed / CK'd appropriately.
- Remove his HECU whitelist, make sure his name is set properly when he is done being trained and give him the MPF UNiON whitelist.

A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
First it is important to garner the level of experience this CROSS member has, Level, rank ect. If the member is reletively new, he would simply be told to back off and verbally warn him. It is obvious he might not know the map too well at his level of exeperience, but a firm verbal warning would be given.
If the member is higher level, an NCO or and Officer, they should know MUCH better than to spawncamp, appropriate warnings for spawn camping and informing of their divisional command would follow.

You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?

I have medal installed, I would clip this and send it to their divisional leadership for them to deal with ICly and as a warning of what might happen to my IC character.
Of course I would continue with my sit and finish it properly, Being hostile in such a manner will require action regarding their behaviour beyond just not notifying their team about infiltration will need to be taken. Insulting / Attacking staff, harassment ect.

A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
The rules define this as a player made vehicle. which is not allowed to launch players, in order to use the Gravity Gun you must be standing up, therefore I would define this as launching the player. Which would make this vehicle not allowed from what I can garner from the rules in my opinion.

A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?

Immediately record / clip and send it to the senior staff who are awake / online. Follow their course of action. However if I myself am a more senior member of staff at this time I would record all their Steam ID's and any other information I can garner using ULX, Logs and the console before (Potentially) banning them. Then forward the information onto my superiors in order to form a proper strategy of how to deal with this. Banning them could lead to ddos / a raid immediately after, so caution must be taken to ensure players are not disruipted too much when dealing with this group of threatening players.

You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?

Record it, likely clipping it using Medal, then send it to a more senior member of staff than them, they will be able to deduce / answer me if what they are doing is okay or against the rules in some capacity. If they are then the senior member can deal with them appropriately as I should not try to take action myself.

Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?

Investigate it's source, if it's the servers IP address (the main one or dev server) just ask them why they're doing that exactly? Ask other team members what might be going on in their team chat (if I'm on the other team playing and not able to see their team chat) to get better context on the situation.
If it's another communities I would seek the advice of a more senior member of staff, I have paved through the rules but cannot find anything explciit on advertising, It would likely result in a warn or ban though.
If it is someone doxxing another player, that's a clear permaban and generally uncool behaviour.

HECU question: - "RP defections" are not allowed.

IP question: ANY address other than obviously benign ones (192.168.0.1, 127.0.0.1) need to be punished to the absolute maximum.

Other questions were answered perfectly. Overall, massive +1. Hammerhead has proven himself as an incredible community member and CO, lots of potential.
