Why should we remove warn/ban? I jokingly said "kys" to argentini and he reported me for it. I only meant it in a jokey way and was making fun of him for being so serious all the time. I didn't mean it in any serious way and clearly within its context it shouldn't be treated as so. I could understand if I shouted it at him or said it to him over and over but this is clearly me annoying/making fun of him Also just wanna say this is such an incredibly mid warn for typing 3 letters.

You had broken the rule and a sit was called, the victim was offended so I had to oblige the punishment for an act like that, even if it was a joke.

I was around when this happened and heard all that happened. Argentini goated him into saying this. All came from a light request for Argentini to remove his voice changer as he was clearly annoying so many users with it. He denied it Ofc as it’s Argentini. Then stale called him cringe and Argentini kept responding in ways that were kinda disrespectful and also in ways to get stale pissed off even more.

Stale did get pissed off as Argentini was intentionally using the voice changer to piss people off and when Argentini (I believe from what I recall) stated “Fuck you I am keeping it on” then that broke Stale to where he said KYS as Argentini after a 20 minutes rant on him trying to get it turned off as it was annoying users was broken by him.

For me I must stay brutal with me being staff and all, don’t wish for an impartial decision to me made. Just wish to put my side of the story out there as that is what it all seemed like to me in my opinion. (The time of it being 20 mins might be exaggerated as this was at 2am for me)

I have no fucking idea why Lucifer is lying like this, I've never said anything like that and everyone knows that I'm using the voice changer because I've been RP'ing. The reason Stale wanted me to turn it off was to hear my real voice, and I kept saying "No, I don't want to break character I'm roleplaying". I would also like you to elaborate as to how I'm using it "to annoy people".

It would go a long way if Stale would back me up here as he also knows I never stated anything like "fuck you" or the like.

I'm not sure if your problem is with me or you just want to get Stale off the hook but you're messed up of for this one Lucifer.
