What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?
I want to help people have fun on CvR and i would be doing as many events as i could i am also very active in game so i would always be there when people need cars as civ and to do other GM stuff.

I was a Super admin on a North KoreanRP server for a while.
Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment.
when it comes to constructive criticism i will see whats been said and see how that could influence future events or change the way i do things for the better and ultimately try and implement what they say into the things that i do. When it comes to harassment i might lose my cool a little but usually i just try to ignore people who do those things and of course ask them to stop.
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?
I would first ask him why he is disrupting the event, then ask him to stop and explain to him that he shouldn't be doing what he is doing, if he continues i would call a staff sit about him so then they can warn him for event disruption.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?
I would try to answer all his questions and explain to him that i was just AFK and why. If he continues i would call staff and see what they could do to help.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events?
They can TP people to get them unstuck and physgun them from their stuck place. GMs can also spawn in civilian cars for the Ulift thing except the avia truck and other large or armed vehicles.
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?
Tell them to be quiet while i do my post event DB and tell them no they can't exclude a post event DB they must wait.
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?
you should cancel the event or get another GM to help you do the event.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?
tell the factions to undeploy their vehicles and get admins to delete them if they refuse to do it themselves.

think of event make the event in single player and create a duplication if needed and also i would get some friends to test out the aspects or the event. then finalise the plan write down the description for the event in the event Que (hope it gets the green-light) and do the event in game.

I would ask him to stop what he is doing or face the possibility of a warn for disrupting the event or getting muted by staff.

A GM should host at least 1 event every 2 days as there are multiple GM's.
List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigns and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]
I could do an event where i use multiple floors of wooden grids that can be shot out the players will get weapons but also a lot of health as the event is supposed to be like spleef in Minecraft but with guns and there will be a box at the bottom with a nocolided prop so they can't shoot platforms above as they fall to the bottom or maybe i could use melees instead no idea of the rewards.
A game of musical chairs where there are enough chairs for everyone at the start but a chair will be deleted and they will be running around unitl the music stops then they quickly must find a chair if a civ can't find a chair in time then they will be TP'd to a viewing box i'm also considering making this team based because then it will feel like theres a clear enemy and more competition making people take the event more seriously as they want to win over the other team. oh and if they purposely stop running while the music plays they be be slayed for cheating. also slayed for cheating if they refuse to get out of their seat once music starts again and if they refuse to leave their seat.
I could also do an event that has loads of mini events for example:
Assassin's training: Kill a certain target with the weapon you are given fail if they die before killing them kill with the wrong weapon or if they kill someone who is not the target before killing the target.
Box of retard: Spawning in multiple wave or NPC's until 1 man is left alive they get increased health also no killing others with weapons NPC's may drop but.
Shield Samurai: Multiple very thin platforms where people can 1v1 by shield pushing and if you fall off you lose in case of odd amount of people then they will 1v1 someone who one against someone else.
The not so hidden: A section of the map will be consumed by the event area and once everyone is brought they will all /roll who ever gets the highest becomes "the not so hidden" they get mace cloak 2k health and must kill all the other civs he can regenerate 150 health if he kill someone and 225 health if they consume a body which will be marked with flesh squares because when people respawn body disappears when the body is consumed the flesh cube is quietly removed. the alive people get guns with limited ammo because no gay spraying!!!! and after that the last person to die or the person that kills the "not so hidden" becomes him next round (Sentinal please add a very dark area in the new map) civs get 215 health and they must all be in a squad.
Deadly bumper cars: Massive sky platform APC's and last one not fallen/dead wins and they can use their apc guns.
Hidden in plain sight: Go to rebel or combine base and come back to the event area first to do it gets rewards.
Fromg: Literally just parkour over the killzone water lol
Catarpillar: you're a caterpillar your climbing up a tree (climbswep course) you must get to the fresh leaves first to win. everyone will be coloured green lol.
All of these are mini events that will be picked based on one on the those random choosing machines online.
[EDIT]: btw the mini event idea will be one event there will be a box with textscreen showing the names of the game modes and they can either choose themselves or let RNG choose for them and i could add more and more mini events to the list as time goes on so that the mini events never get stale because we'd be doing different ones every time and i'd be adding new mini events to the list sorry if this isn't what you guys thought i meant.
I will only accept civilians in my events so no going on Anarchist and rdming my event. (i still stand by this because when they get revived they get their knife back)
Side Note: I will kick people from me events if they either Minge twice or show that they do 100% want to derail the event or minge entire time. I will be harsh. If they get kicked out of 2 of my events i will keep steam ID's and they will not be allowed to participate in another one of my events, as i have seen how an event can get ruined and it won't happen to my events.

+1, he missing some stuff but he still good also the hacking ban was to find a missing hunter so it wasnt like walls or no spread or something. Also you can strip weapons from people iirc

good few mini event ideas, however some of them are very basic but they are very unique and i haven't seen them done before. some of your answers need a little work but an overall +1 from me.
