FULL RP Name(s): LA Sharpshooter Tea, SU BUS DRIVER D-CM U-3 MSGT Tea, OL S-8 Tagger Tea, MPF GRID 04 3665, OTA RANGER 09 6553 What is your current IG level? 90 Discord Username: tea3665 Steam ID:STEAM_0:0:229400758 What region/timezone are you located in?EEST. Do you have a microphone? Yes. Previous Warns? One for VOR RDM x1, I can't exactly see the date, but I'd presume around 2021. Previous Bans? None. Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I've been interested in being a part of the staff team once again ever since returning to CvR, It feels like I have a strong desire to contribute positively to this community that I've been apart of for so long. I believe in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment where players can enjoy their experience on this server to the fullest is something I can fully provide, as I'm capable of completing duties that staff are obligated to. Any staff who can vouch for you? Sulfur (or aka Mercury), Darku (maybe). An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?: If the civilian made a ticket about said situation, I'd TP both of the individuals in a staff area and attempt to figure out what exactly happened by letting both parties explain their sides of the story. If the kill was on purpose and completely unjustified, I'd issue a warn to the UNION for RDM x1, and if it wasn't on purpose and was completely accidental, I'd most likely let the UNION go with a verbal warning, as citizens getting killed due to crossfire or because they can sometimes look like rebels happens very often within gameplay. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?: After TP'ing to the individual who created the ticket, I'd take their STEAM ID and check the rebel discord subdivision log channel and verify whether they've been actually tryouted into Sniper or not. If there's nothing in subdiv logs, I'd attempt to ask a Sniper CO. If it turns out the individual is indeed eligible for the Sniper whitelist, I'd simply provide the whitelist. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member? I would TP the individual out of Combine base and clarify that "RP defecting" is against the rules (FailRP) and instruct them to cease. If they attempt "RP defecting" once more, I'd issue them a warn. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? I'd bring both of the individuals inside a staff area and attempt to figure out what exactly happened by listening to both sides. If any side has potentially viable evidence, I'd check it out and punish the CROSS accordingly. If it was a completely properly done scouting mission, I'd explain that to the rebel side. If the scouting mission wasn't called in team chat and they've wandered into the rebel base just cause they want to, I'd issue them a warn. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'd tell them that there's no factual reason to demote my RP character for me completing OOC staff duties, then explain that they've broken a rule. After the situation has been handled, I'd inform the individual's CO's about their unprofessional behavior. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?: It is, as it entails the violation of rules pertaining to frozen objects and the principles of physics. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? I'd immediately ban the individual(s) who've threatened to DDOS the server, as it's completely justifiable. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I'd come up to them and ask them what they're doing. Upon getting a response, I'd confirm it by messaging a higher rank of said individual / same ranking. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? I'd TP the NCO to a staff area and ask what that was about, and verify whether that's an actual IP address or not. I'd most likely try and communicate with other staff during this just so I can accordingly respond to the situation, but if it was an actual person's IP address, I'd punish them accordingly. If it wasn't, I'd tell them to refrain making jokes like that, as it is punishable.
