the source for the content doesn't work for me so i cant see the rocks, tress and some engineer props
however the Vietnamese... i mean enemy players  i see them since there is no visual content of part of the map  between my line of sight its basically unfair. especially when i have a sniper,MP whitelist. finally i also have my guns not showing the textures either. Also do suggest those common troubleshooting tips
i already done them.

It could be a problem with missing textures, do you have HL2, HL2:E1, HL2:E2, and CSS. If not try reinstalling your Gmod and all the content for CvR.

the problem was fix by a heavy restart of my computer files
