1. Teleport to the UNION and ask why he killed the Civilian
2. Teleport to the Civilian and ask for his side of the story.
3. Bring them both into a sit to see if their story matches up to the one they told me earlier.

A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?:
1. Bring the ticket maker and the offender into a sit.
2. Hear the CROSS member's story first.
3. Hear the ticket maker's story.
4. Ask for a clip or valid evidence against this.
5. Question the cross to see if he was doing a tasking and it was approved by high command or by staff.
6. Question the ticket maker to see what the cross was doing beforehand.
7. If the cross was found guilty I'd give him a warning and let him know to not do it again and I'd let his superiors deal with it.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?: I would not fear this, I'd immediately send this to his superior that being LC or AIU. I'd also give him a verbal warning to remind him to tell his his team that he's infiltrating.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?: I do not believe this is breaking rules as this would be A "Prop vehicle". A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?: I'd immediately report this to other staff members and let them know what is going to happen. I'd then attempt to prevent it as fast as I can by perma-banning every single player that threatened to DDoS the server. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?: I would take pictures and send it to a higher ranking staff member higher than said staff member's rank, and ask him if it's allowed or not. If it isn't allowed I'd walk over to the staff member warning him that he could not do that, and if it was I'd continue onward keeping a close eye on what said member is doing. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?: I'd immediately ban the NCO due to IP leaking, I'd then report this as quick as possible to the NCO's superiors, I'd then attempt to remove the message as quick as I possibly could using any means available to me.
