I have absolutely no clue where this claim comes from. In all my 3k hours on Garry's Mod, this is my first.
Evidence/Other:
Unable to provide evidence aside from the sole reason of donating was to get the Vortigaunt perk in-game for an actual weapon to meet my needs with accuracy. I got a few kills with it, and then was banned. Assuming that was the reason.
