I have been in the CvR community for about 2-3 years which has grown a big interest into both the background of CvR and its members. I am dedicated to the community as I actively discuss on Discord and forums. So what better to serve it as being staff so other new players may re-experience the fun I had when first joining CvR without being disrupted by some wrong-doers. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
As I come from a different timezone (GMT+3) I can fill up the gap of more staff being present at that current time to catch anyone doing some "funny" business at the early mornings of EST. My organisation with documents would be of help as I could document on player's cases to archive on previous bans specifically if anyone would be willing to unban themselves with false proof on forums. Lastly, being unbiased and carefully judgmental on the job. Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?

What do you do?
Bring in the civilian to explain his case first in an isolated zone. Then I would bring the MPF UNION to explain his case. If the UNION explains that it was crossfire then he would be returned to which I would explain to the Civilian it was a mistake. If it was a valid RDM then I would verbally warn him then notify the Civilian of what he did to which if he does it again he will receive an actual Warn. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring him to an isolated place to discuss on what he did was Fail RP which results in his warning and return him to Rebel HQ. I would then inform his COs and provide video if I was given or able to provide any evidence of it. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Inform the SU/MACE CO that they cannot demote my character for this OOC situation and give him understanding to why he should not continue further with the threats. If he does continue I would record what he's doing and inform the desired factions Leadership or LC/AIUs of his actions which would also be discussed with higher staff members. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
If I have the appropriate rank I would immediately ban them otherwise if I did not I would record their Steam IDs and inform higher ranking staff of them so they would take care of it or inform me on what to do with them. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Record/spectate their questionable acts and ask other HAs if what they're doing is on, provide it to DoP or PS for them to decide what to do or follow orders on what I should do on the server regarding the questionable HA.
